If the client is paying for the end product and not the footage you shot. As long as the actors and persons in the footage have signed a release you can sell the footage.

It seems like the first five minutes in the video you just repeat the same thing over and over. Give us the information, move on. Sometimes if I am on location, I don’t have 13 minutes to watch a video, in fact I usually only have 5 minutes and I’m watching you over describing what the video is about.
No, everything you need to know, you can learn for free on UA-cam or other websites. The hands on part of learning you can do yourself, with people you know, or helping out other peoples' film projects. You can also learn a lot simply by watching movies/TV/music videos and paying attention to what and how they are doing things on screen.
I've heard that the most valuable thing people get from film school is connections. It also depends on your learning style. College has you working on sets a lot of the time, while you need to arrange it yourself if you learn by yourself. You have courses to go to like any college. But if you are independent and are making connections without college it's not worth it obviously.

Why would I color grade the stock footage? Is it better to leave it in Log for the buyer to grade themself?
I put a very gentle color-grade on there. Just to make it a little bit more appealing yet leaving room for whoever is downloading to grade themselves.
