Good video but your showing the low key rich neighborhoods and people that can afford to rent or buy in these neighborhoods are not gonna be on UA-cam subscribing to realtors so please make a video for low income or middle class people that want to live in safe areas in California no disrespect

I hear you. These are not the most affordable places, and it is probably a big reason they are some of the safest loactions in Los Angeles. In regards to the subscribers, I hear from all walks of life, and yes, we do get subscribers that are looking to buy in some of these higher end locations. I do agree that I should also create videos about other affordable and safe locations and will take your advice. I appreciate your feedback, thank you.
