    Have you seen the dust suppressors that you fit on a 9" grinder, I have one for a Bosch which I've not fitted as I'm still running a Makita and haven't tried fitting, trouble is they do look fiddly and I'm not sure how much they make normal use of the grinder awkward, if at all. Nice work by the way and I've found d the Erbauer blades are fine for Sandstone etc

    I use an ox porcelain blade on my petrol makita saw and a 115mm porcelain ox blade on my small grinder. Cut really well and last a long time, price is fairly reasonable too, check them out. Nice job you’re doing there.

    We use the dewalt 54v cordless 9” consaw which has a water attachment & is safer to use.

    Is there a reason you don't cut the curve onec it's laid and gone off? Because that's how I do it and want to know if that's wrong way to do

    Try using a electro plated diamond blade, its designed for cutting marble and granite.
    Being electro plated diamond means that it stays sharp but the only down side is that it wears out quickly

    I work for Topps bud Rubi blades are definitely the best we sell again it's all in the blade and yeah loads of water that pipe spray was a great idea.Try a Rubi TVA viper super blade bud once you use one of them your want more of em :) great vid bud have a sub btw I tell all the customers "keep it cool even the drill bits " also if you ever find it's going blunt or veering off the Rubi rep told me keep the blade dressed to get the fresh diamonds to the surface

    Rubi viper blade r the best never done me rong it looks like ur cutting to deep and hard you need to take abit more time when cutting on a curv and making sure u are not tilting side to side steady does it straight and u will have a perfect bend cut! No chips. looking tidy tho👍🏼

    You can't make deep curved cuts with a large blade. You need a small blade and take many shallow passes. Smaller hand held grinder would suit the job better.

      I agree 100%

    • @Wood-h6i
      @Wood-h6i 4 роки тому

      I know and worked with a guy who could cut a circle with a standard size blade no need for angle grinders especially because you need petrol not electric with wet cuts

  • @rolexrakes5290
    @rolexrakes5290 4 роки тому +2

    Erm......you are cutting curves and therefore damaging the blade. Point 1. You have the guard at the wrong angle and thats why you are getting the grinder wet. Point 2.

    Look at the water going on the electric cutter f--k me. Use a cordless 5 inch Makita that's what I use and breezed through porcelain on a (CURVE) not bend. Not good practice using that electric cutter with water
