More importantly is WARRANTY on these from ITH... what is it, what does it cover, for how long? What if your in another state obviously what then on the repairs needed?

SO, this isn't really concrete to me anything anywhere in written form about the warranties, if you don't have, I'll try & reach out. As far as the 500.00 discount given to clients, it WAS just the incredi line homes but again this was awhile back & it was said that they were going to expand this discount to other homes other than just all the homes named incredi, this incredi that.. ie...incredi-cottage, incredibox. DO you know if 500.00 off is offered on any other homes of current.
They've extended to incredicottages also, but I need to check their .current status more closely on your behalf as I've been focusing on developing the Calico Rock property, preppping for affordable tinyhome lot rentals. I would even welcome a fellow sales rep that owns their own ITH to move here and be the designated sales rep for the Calico property.

The off-grid lots are only $200 per month and have the best views of the canyon, cave and waterfall. The 2nd property will be a more traditional tiny home residential community with lower lot rentals.
400 a month lot rent for 5 years is 24 thousand dollars. So 60 k minus 24k equals 36k for your new home. But after 5 years you are paying that 4,800. A year lot rent plus electric and etc. just imagine if they have 100 boxes, wow! Guarantee they won't be living there. Because you made them all rich.
You could also save up money during that free time to buy yourself a developed lot at the end of 5 years, and easily move your Incredibox with a standard size truck; another great feature of the Incredibox. Or you could just have Daniel with Specialty Transport move it for you for a reasonable price.

And yes there are always issues delievering. Something always happens. Yet theyve always made right. Same with other properties. Randy and Amanda are great people. So Im interested in broad duplicatable issues. Other wise I am suspecting its a fluke or folks being very impatient. I bought a unit from a woman who was too impatient, after she heard we were building a lord of the rings style community she wanted to be invited in, forgot all about herself being upset with ith...haha. thankfully our communities are for our social circles, not for max profit. Anyhoots how many tinyhouses have you bought from them? What customer service issues did you have? Ive spent alot of money with them, indigo river, and many other builders to buy for our communities or to refer friends and family. Also recently bought 2 mfr home and stick home businesses, our county is going full steam dev micro communities for our citizens. We are aiming to out out 40 tinyhouses by next summer for that project. Aiming to get affirdable housing out for our townsfolk. Col is getting crazy under this administration. Hoping for things to get better. But jic they dont. Planned micro homesteads are the way. So please, some clarity on issues. Cause I see folks who say similar things, when prodded and pushed further, its usually nothing serious or unique exp to those indivs. If ith was a bad company, I wouldn't deal with them. So any further explaining would be appreciated. We have some of their homes in wa, or, id, az, nv, nm, tx, tn, ky, nc, and so on. Weve bought units from folks who used ith as rental props. No problems with quality so far for those. Our initiative to get all homeless sober and in job training or work, was met this yr. We used the ideas from randy to do panel homes, we brought the cost down to 12k. And a handful of former homeless communities are flourishing in my ao. Again, some of those first units were from ith.
