Hello! I'm glad you enjoy the videos and thanks. I found it on Amazon. Thank you so much for watching. Let me know if there's anything you want to see/learn from a video :)
Sounds like a great location! It’s NOT just outside of Nashville, though. It’s about 1.45 hrs southeast of Nashville. I was hoping this community was going to be a little closer to Nashville
Hello! This is a great question. I would reach out to Andrew directly (email included in the video description) for more information. Thanks for watching! :)
love your videos. I have a tiny home and it is tough finding a place to put it, so I'm glad you are doing some of the hard work for us.. a suggestion your mic volume was really low compared to your guest's hard-to-hear you.
Hi! Yeah, I noticed that. I'm working out an issue with the recording software picking up different volumes. Thanks for letting me know. Where are you located? Is there a specific location you're looking for to place your tiny home?
That's great! I think it's going to be a really fantastic option for people with tiny homes already or looking to get one. You can reach out to Andrew directly at reserve@tinyhomesvillage.com. Thanks for watching! :)
I went to the man’s website and didn’t see any info on pricing or any information about their builders . Very misleading to me !😢 Just a few pictures of the greenery of the land and diagram of the lots and community. You had to give your personal info if you wanted a response.
@@Yvetteabby Hello! Yes, right now the website does not have as much information. But, if you reach out to Andrew directly (reserve@tinyhomesvillage.com), you can get more information about the builders.
@@Yvetteabbyyes, I went there too and couldn’t find much more than what was covered in the video. It would help him if he would add all the information most people would ask instead of having to answer emails from multiple individuals.
@@rvnut1133 It would have been more beneficial for the website to be updated and have the necessary information needed. Also , if info was on website then if I had questions one could call to get more information. I was so disappointed!😔
What is the approximate Date the lots will be ready to move in the tiny trailors; in the video the fields are bare and no construction has happened yet? Will it be yearly contracts?
Hello! The website is being updated and will have more information soon! I'd suggest reaching out to Andrew directly at reserve@tinyhomevillages.com for specific questions about the length of leases. Thank you for watching :)
Thank you for sharing this new community. The rent seems steep for not owning the land and they are only providing water and mowing probably. You can't get a very nice tiny house for 40k as he mentioned, or I'd like to see it if he has some builders. They won't have the dog park and storage and such until later or who knows what they might have. The land is beautiful and decent location. Overall, might be a good thing.
Thank you for watching! I think it's going to be a great community and it sounds like a fun idea to be living close to Nashville. Yes, there are builder partnerships. If you go to their website, tinyhomesvillage.com, you can see which builders they recommend. The price range varies (some start at $50K).
Definitely! I agree with you. I think it's super helpful to stay in a tiny home and make sure you feel comfortable in the space before making the shift! Thanks so much for watching :)

Which brings me to do homeowners have pay for infrastructure being put in? This is beyond your rent and paid upfront,
Hello! Yes, it is great to see more communities coming up for just tiny homes. There’s typically no entry fee, you just pay the lot rent once you sign the lease so you’d pay the first month or a prorated amount. Thank you for watching!

Personally I would seek advice from someone with more experience with Tiny Home leaving. The gentleman you are interviewing may have a beautiful vision, but his lack of years of experience is a red flag. I'd consider him 10 years or so down the world.

So sad to see all this land, that was probably once farmland, be tracked up and turned into a trailer park. Goodbye beautiful TN
Guess you should have bought it. Paid taxes on it. Then you could do as you like
@@shanester8712People from this area don’t get paid enough to buy in their own market anymore. So your comment is pointless.
