Hi Jack...nice home tour. Not real familiar with the area. It's not near the Air Force Base is it? Pretty nice floorplan. I don't care to see the bathroom upon entry though. Too bad the bathroom can't be moved off the inside of bedroom. Nice that the stairs don't stick out and take up room. Great loft area and it could be used as a another bedroom. The laundry room could use a sink. Nice to see double vanities in shared bathroom. I like the tub and shower in master bedroom. Pretty good size rooms. Great living, kitchen area. Nice and roomy. Pretty nice home but I must say Vegas is pretty close to Calif home prices now days. Backyard is decent, but the artificial grass is not a like on my list.....lol...I'll be waiting for your next home tour....Merry Christmas. ....
Hi Dee, this home is about 20 min from the AFB. The AFB is on the North East side of Vegas. This homesite is on the NW side. It's a beautiful new location that has been growing a lot lately. From the feedback I get, Lennar tends to have higher ratings. Not sure if that helps. I personally like Lennar better for their attention to detail and layouts they offer. KB Homes make some good homes too!
