Great video. Thank you for posting.
Thanks for watching Eric.
Love this house❤️❤️
It’s a beauty. Thanks for watching
that view of the mountain is breath taking! the house is beautiful but the view would def sell me! great video!!
I love the Mountain View’s also :)
Wow!! What a beautiful home 🏡
Nice video David
Very beautiful home and well optioned. Great tour. Never thought I would see a Garage as unorganized as mine. :-)
Haha mines a mess too! Thanks Murphy
Great privacy with no neighbours 👍
For Sure!
We were curious to know what the process would be exactly if we decided to use builders lender. Also,
If we are going to get a gift to put towards closing, what are the steps? And when is the gift required to be in the account/process.
You would want to talk with the builders lender.
So the entire community with only two types of models? That’ll look weird right?
I going to check again after some time. I bet they add more plans.
@@VegasRealtor That would be awesome if they added more plans!
I agree. Will keep my ear to the ground :)
Hello David, nice that you show the other house too. And yes it is a beauty. In our company we also have a solar system on the roof, which brings a maximum of 25 KW / h. 400 V. The electricity is only fed into the grid and what we use is calculated against it. This means that the electricity first goes to the meter and into the line and we draw the electricity normally from the grid. If there should be a power outage, we're dead too. Somehow pointless, isn't it? How does it work in this house? A really nice house, I like that the entrances are from two sides. The long kitchen also has something. The next gen suite has a great size and beautifully designed rooms. Yes your wife is right. The view of the mountains from the balconies is a dream! Also the floor plann on the 1st floor. The house is something special for me. It all fits together really well. The only thing is the backjard area, which could be a bit bigger but still great! A fantastic house. Thanks for the video and see you then. HD
The solar here feeds energy from panels to inverter. Then the house draws the solar straight into house then feeds the excess into the grid as a credit. If you add battery storage here you can go off grid during outages and have battery power overnight. Thanks HD!
Why no overhead lighting in the bedrooms? That is a strike on Lennar.
I think of you all the time when I look up at the ceiling :-)
I like where the designers put the interior entrance to the next gen. LOL, the garage, "It's a mess in here." The garage is large enough to have three cars. I want to buy a used Maybach as my daily driver. The Vega, my weekend pleasure driver would find a great home in that messy garage.
What a large next gen and a way to the back. Need to look up the web site. Is there an option without the next gen?
The kitchen has a blackboard! Now that's a very Brady Kitchen.
That loft needs the pony wall for furniture. An open railing would look messy if you back a couch there. I know, my exclusive loft style T home in the fashionable upper north side has open railings. So you have to keep everything neat and organized. If the loft starts looking like that garage, oyvey!
Well done floor plan, ideal for a single guy, and Alice using the NexGen! Yes!
Great vid, as always. This plan is a winner.
Only 2 floor plans to choose and they both include the next gen. The vega is a perfect weekend warrior :)
@@VegasRealtor You know, I think I got the Vega last weekend up to 61 mph. Now that's flying. I almost got into the left lane, but did not.
Vintage! Love it! slow and steady wins the race lol
First....lol
That was fast! :)
