Hello David. I like the entrance area. Nice and airy thanks to the staircase and the open concept of the main room. Likewise the next gen suite. A nice size and well designed. Likewise the loft and the master bedroom with a balcony. A really great house. I wish you a nice 4th Advent and stay healthy. I'm going to work for another 2 days, then it's Christmas holidays at the company. Relax for 12 days. see you then. HD

Curious what you think about so much of the downstairs living space being allocated to a nextGen... This model has such a big footprint for that extra living space. When I think of a nextgen it is something more of a temporary living space for someone and I would think that some of that squarefootage would be better used to make the downstairs feel bigger. Anyway, I guess that’s just my preference. Lol Thanks for all the great tours!

Question.... Do you think when taken as a totality that valley vista, aliente, villages at tule springs along with el dorado will rival Summerlin?
Great question. When I think about that I think of how large Summerlin is...Its all personal preference.
Around how much are the upgrades in this home?
Only a few upgrades, flooring, backsplash and counters are available in the Lennar homes.
The loft and bedrooms are so dark with no Can lights.
