@Deswon_360 it was possible mostly because that game doesn't really have any game breaking glitches that are tas only, the speedrun itself also isn't super technical

@@CreamDollYT Super feels way too old imo, the combat and mechanics just feel sluggish. Zero Mission feels even better than Fusion, everything just feels great, and the fights are less facetanky and more evady. The game is way too easy on normal difficulty, though, it's almost as much of a cakewalk as Prime on "normal mode" on Wii. I played Super first and after going back to it, the controls are horrible, like how switching between your missiles needs you to press select, and how LB and RB are for aiming up and down.

This is my favorite game to speedrun. Not to long, god tier pixel art and colors, amazing soundtrack, the best movement physics in the series, funnest/quickest to use items in the series, it’s just a blast. Wish we had more Metroid games in this style (AM2R does an amazing job at coming close to the feel of this game though).

I think this is close to how would have actually gone in the Manga. Shows that Samus would be this skilled. After all, you can have the best paintbrush in the world, but if you don't know how to paint with it, whatever you make is still going to be crap on canvas.
