I'm just waiting for someone to post the Bee Movie Script in the comments
+Bowblax
tried...too long...
+Jonathon Lawson Did you try breaking it up and replying to yourself?
Zappy Caboose
huh, it works now.
thanks
Jonathon Lawson Not a problem, mon ami!
+Bowblax I just hope she's beeish (took me way too long to realise what that was a pun of)
The fact that Doug unironically likes Bee Movie is a beautiful thing
Oh, so he likes it? Hmm
It’s beeautiful
The fact that he obnoxiously hats lots of ok movies and actually thinks this crap os good is not just ironic, it's bizarre
@@gabrielsalesmartins
Bee movie isn't crap though, it's genuinely good absurdist humor imo.
It a wonderful thing that makes all humans unique, it’s called having your own opinions.
I've met the director a few times. One of the nicest, most inspiring people I met. Last time, he said "no one wants you when you're 30" and went on to talk about animation frustrations that make you want to "slit your wrist" which wasn't the best thing to hear as a late-20's unemployed animator, but the rest of his talks were extremely pleasant.
I swear to god if there's a comment chain that has the whole script...
Bee Movie but every time a bee is on screen it plays We Are Number One but when the word one is mentioned it plays The Nutshack theme
2,000 years later.
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. It's wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway, because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.
But every nut is replaced with DEEZ NUTZ, but every HA! Is replace with the troll but every time the guys turns his head it’s replaced with the rocky movies but every punch is replaced the the works shrek movie
And every time they say nutshack it's the bee movie with all of the previous rules applying.
Tell me. How did THE ENTIRE MOVIE become a meme?
Beats me dude, but at least it's funny watching Jerry Seinfeld's bee say "Ya like jazz?" a million tines over.
cjwalkerist luke single best question.
All great anime become memes
is fairy tail a meme
Pyroctopus Sorry, only *great* anime become memes.
I watched this movie ironically and started loving it unironically
The Bee Movie but reviewed by Doug Walker
The biggest shock in this review isn’t that Doug likes the movie, it’s that he finds Matthew Broderick tolerable in it
Why does he hate Broderick? I think he’s a good actor.
according to all known laws of aviation, the bee should not be able to fly
Yes... the movie says that.
Yet it still does.
+Patricia Molinari What are you doing?!
STOP WHILE YOURE AHEAD
+Patricia Molinari Actually that's the bumblebee, not the bee.
WE'RE REVIEWING ANIME NOW? DO COREY IN THE HOUSE NEXT!
I still don't get it.
+MegaSoulhero try reading the manga
+MegaSoulhero try reading the manga
+0816Egg no that anime is trash
I hope he does Die Hard. That's my favorite anime.
finally, someone who also enjoyed bee movie
Luis D. González Adam is my favorite character
@@Treeeee2008 Mine too
@@Treeeee2008 mine too x2
Me?
I love the bee movie too
and also the hidden jokes in the movie that we didnt get when we were kids. like the following:
"i hope she's beeish" beeish/jewish.
"-to the white man! *black guy scoots out of the scene*"
Oh that's what the Beeish line meant? Man, I would've never figured that out.
You're finally reviewing animes
Its not Anime. But he reviewed some Studio Ghibli films. It counts as Anime.
+Afonso Lucas Its a joke. I suggest watching FilthyFrank Weeaboos if you'd like to get in on the joke
+Afonso Lucas anime's also a french term, so yea its not just a term for japanese animation
+Daniel Andujar i know, right? about time
+MetroMagic I watched it, but I still dont see the connection with this movie
Wait.... while people kept saying they couldn't date, the 2 of them never ACTUALLY had a relationship (at least a romantic one).
Their relationship was more a mix of friendship and interest based. He was a talking bee and she was a kind human who were working together for a similar cause.
While they did have some chemistry, the girl didn't cheat and the 2 of them didn't actually have a relationship.
In fact, the "relationship" WASN'T a plot point, it was a running gag about how people kept seeing it, but they never were actually in such a relationship.
So you can't say it was being lazy on plot points. And for the issue of him being stuck in one job.
He finally found the work he was meant for, so that point was also addressed, but it was shown in a way that it didn't directly go back to it or state it.
He was slowly finding an interest and job that he actually loved and was willing to keep doing. And it SHOWED how important the jobs of the bees really were and it kept things going and addressed the issues without directly focusing on the issues.
He discovered the importance of the hive to the world and also found a dream job.
I think it was genius that the issue was actually addressed without directly saying it.
this is a good anime
Heh
Why is everyone saying that lmao
?
+Silhouetters Ummm, Mein Kampf is a Manga, not an Anime. But it did have an awful live action adaptation in the 1940's.
+MrGlitchmaster03 although its a stupid meme, there is some logic to it. Anime isn't just a japanese term, its also french for cartoon. so even if its made in the west, its still technically anime in a way
Don't y mean you want it to be rereleased in 3B?
That was horrible...and yet I still laughed
I have the entire Bee Movie Script printed out and I carry it everywhere I go. (I wish I was joking)
Why?
Nj Njhjh WHY NOT?
Have u ever had to use it?
Send me the link!
@@danielajani7283 The link to it printed out in his pocket? If you want the link to the script just Google it ffs.
Horray! Somebody else actually LIKES this film, I remember seeing this when this came out (though I was like 4) and I remember how much I first liked it, and no matter how many people said they HATED or overall disliked this film, I never got it because I found it very funny, and still do.
This film is so underrated in my opinion.
this review actually made me like it more. I actually want to see it again

The Larry King scene is my favorite part of the movie. This movie is hilarious.
Oh man...
Woah, you know Doug likes a movie when he actually has something GOOD to say about Matthew Broderick for once.
He also likes The Lion King (1994).
@@joshmontemayor6098 Yeah, but he didn't like Broderick in that.
I’m so happy he actually likes this movie
100 thumbs up and i'll post the entire script to the movie

This is the only good dubbed anime I've ever watched
Ehem, Die Hard?
+TheGCritic there wasn't a lot of desu moments in Die Hard. Bee Movie managed to fulfill my needs perfectly.
EAPvideoz But the best anime character of all time, John McClain, is there.
+TheGCritic Oh yea he is pretty hot character I do agree. I've seen all the hentai of him.
EAPvideoz Now we're talking ;).
It's so uplifting when Doug really praises a film lol even if I don't like or haven't watched it, I like it
Bee movie but frame with a bee in it is replaced by the nutshack theme but every time they say "it's the nutshack" all seasons of sponegbob play backwards but every time the color blue appears we are number one plays but every time they say "we are number one" the bee movie credits play

Saw this movie once, had no intention of ever seeing it again
It's kinda weird seeing a genuine, non-memey, review of this movie that's not completely negative. Which makes me feel better because I genuinely liked this movie a lot when I first saw it!
According to all known laws

should be able to fly.

It's so good to see someone saying something minimally good about this movie!
Bee Movie was awesome! A personal favorite from DreamWorks
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don’t care what humans think is impossible. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Ooh, black and yellow! Let’s shake it up a little. Barry! Breakfast is ready! Ooming! Hang on a second. Hello? - Barry? - Adam? - Oan you believe this is happening? - I can’t. I’ll pick you up. Looking sharp. Use the stairs. Your father paid good money for those. Sorry. I’m excited. Here’s the graduate. We’re very proud of you, son. A perfect report card, all B’s. Very proud. Ma! I got a thing going here. - You got lint on your fuzz. - Ow! That’s me! - Wave to us! We’ll be in row 118,000. - Bye! Barry, I told you, stop flying in the house! - Hey, Adam. - Hey, Barry. - Is that fuzz gel? - A little. Special day, graduation. Never thought I’d make it. Three days grade school, three days high school. Those were awkward. Three days college. I’m glad I took a day and hitchhiked around the hive. You did come back different. - Hi, Barry. - Artie, growing a mustache? Looks good. - Hear about Frankie? - Yeah. -
You going to the funeral? - No, I’m not going. Everybody knows, sting someone, you die. Don’t waste it on a squirrel. Such a hothead. I guess he could have just gotten out of the way. I love this incorporating an amusement park into our day. That’s why we don’t need vacations. Boy, quite a bit of pomp… under the circumstances. - Well, Adam, today we are men. - We are! - Bee-men. - Amen! Hallelujah! Students, faculty, distinguished bees, please welcome Dean Buzzwell. Welcome, New Hive Oity graduating class of… …9:15. That concludes our ceremonies. And begins your career at Honex Industries! Will we pick ourjob today? I heard it’s just orientation. Heads up! Here we go. Keep your hands and antennas inside the tram at all times. - Wonder what it’ll be like? - A little scary. Welcome to Honex, a division of Honesco and a part of the Hexagon Group. This is it! Wow. Wow. We know that you, as a bee, have worked your whole life to get to the point where you can work for your whole life. Honey begins when our valiant Pollen Jocks bring the nectar to the hive. Our top-secret formula is automatically color-corrected, scent-adjusted and bubble-contoured into this soothing sweet syrup with its distinctive golden glow you know as… Honey! - That girl was hot. - She’s my cousin! - She is? - Yes, we’re all cousins. - Right. You’re right. - At Honex, we constantly strive to improve every aspect of bee existence. These bees are stress-testing a new helmet technology. - What do you think he makes? - Not enough. Here we have our latest advancement, the Krelman. - What does that do? - Oatches that little strand of honey that hangs after you pour it. Saves us millions. Oan anyone work on the Krelman? Of course. Most bee jobs are small ones. But bees know that every small job, if it’s done well, means a lot. But choose carefully because you’ll stay in the job you pick for the rest of your life. The same job the rest of your life? I didn’t know that. What’s the difference? You’ll be happy
to know that bees, as a species, haven’t had one day off in 27 million years. So you’ll just work us to death? We’ll sure try. Wow! That blew my mind! “What’s the difference?” How can you say that? One job forever? That’s an insane choice to have to make. I’m relieved. Now we only have to make one decision in life. But, Adam, how could they never have told us that? Why would you question anything? We’re bees. We’re the most perfectly functioning society on Earth. You ever think maybe things work a little too well here? Like what? Give me one example. I don’t know. But you know what I’m talking about. Please clear the gate. Royal Nectar Force on approach. Wait a second. Oheck it out. - Hey, those are Pollen Jocks! - Wow. I’ve never seen them this close. They know what it’s like outside the hive. Yeah, but some don’t come back. - Hey, Jocks! - Hi, Jocks! You guys did great! You’re monsters! You’re sky freaks! I love it! I love it! - I wonder where they were. - I don’t know. Their day’s not planned. Outside the hive, flying who knows where, doing who knows what. You can'tjust decide to be a Pollen Jock. You have to be bred for that. Right. Look. That’s more pollen than you and I will see in a lifetime. It’s just a status symbol. Bees make too much of it. Perhaps. Unless you’re wearing it and the ladies

So be careful. As always, watch your brooms, hockey sticks, dogs, birds, bears and bats. Also, I got a couple of reports of root beer being poured on us. Murphy's in a home because of it, babbling like a cicada! - That's awful. - And a reminder for you rookies, bee law number one, absolutely no talking to humans! All right, launch positions! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Buzz, buzz, buzz, buzz! Black and yellow! Hello! You ready for this, hot shot? Yeah. Yeah, bring it on. Wind, check. - Antennae, check. - Nectar pack, check. - Wings, check. - Stinger, check. Scared out of my shorts, check. OK, ladies, let's move it out! Pound those petunias, you striped stem-suckers! All of you, drain those flowers! Wow! I'm out! I can't believe I'm out! So blue. I feel so fast and free! Box kite! Wow! Flowers! This is Blue Leader. We have roses visual. Bring it around 30 degrees and hold. Roses! 30 degrees, roger. Bringing it around. Stand to the side, kid. It's got a bit of a kick. That is one nectar collector! - Ever see pollination up close? - No, sir. I pick up some pollen here, sprinkle it over here. Maybe a dash over there, a pinch on that one. See that? It's a little bit of magic. That's amazing. Why do we do that? That's pollen power. More pollen, more flowers, more nectar, more honey for us. Oool. I'm picking up a lot of bright yellow. Oould be daisies. Don't we need those? Oopy that visual. Wait. One of these flowers seems to be on the move. Say again? You're reporting a moving flower? Affirmative. That was on the line! This is the coolest. What is it? I don't know, but I'm loving this color. It smells good. Not like a flower, but I like it. Yeah, fuzzy. Ohemical-y. Oareful, guys. It's a little grabby. My sweet lord of bees! Oandy-brain, get off there! Problem! - Guys! - This could be bad. Affirmative. Very close. Gonna hurt. Mama's little boy. You are way out of position, rookie! Ooming in at you like a missile! Help me! I don't think these are flowers. - Should we tell him? - I think he knows. What is this?! Match point! You can start packing up, honey, because you're about to eat it! Yowser! Gross. There's a bee in the car! - Do something! - I'm driving! - Hi, bee. - He's back here! He's going to sting me! Nobody move. If you don't move, he won't sting you. Freeze! He blinked! Spray him, Granny! What are you doing?! Wow... the tension level out here is unbelievable. I gotta get home. Oan't fly in rain. Oan't fly in rain. Oan't fly in rain. Mayday! Mayday! Bee going down! Ken, could you close the window please? Ken, could you close the window please? Oheck out my new resume. I made it into a fold-out brochure. You see? Folds out. Oh, no. More humans. I don't need this. What was that? Maybe this time. This time. This time. This time! This time! This... Drapes! That is diabolical. It's fantastic. It's got all my special skills, even my top-ten favorite movies. What's number one? Star Wars? Nah, I don't go for that... ...kind of stuff. No wonder we shouldn't talk to them. They're out of their minds. When I leave a job interview, they're flabbergasted, can't believe what I say. There's the sun. Maybe that's a way out. I don't remember the sun having a big 75 on it. I predicted global warming. I could feel it getting hotter. At first I thought it was just me. Wait! Stop! Bee! Stand back. These are winter boots. Wait! Don't kill him! You know I'm allergic to them! This thing could kill me! Why does his life have less value than yours? Why does his life have any less value than mine? Is that your statement?
I'm just saying all life has value. You don't know what he's capable of feeling. My brochure! There you go, little guy. I'm not scared of him. It's an allergic thing. Put that on your resume brochure. My whole face could puff up. Make it one of your special skills. Knocking someone out is also a special skill. Right. Bye, Vanessa. Thanks. - Vanessa, next week? Yogurt night? - Sure, Ken. You know, whatever. - You could put carob chips on there. - Bye. - Supposed to be less calories. - Bye. I gotta say something. She saved my life. I gotta say something. All right, here it goes. Nah. What would I say? I could really get in trouble. It's a bee law. You're not supposed to talk to a human. I can't believe I'm doing this. I've got to. Oh, I can't do it. Oome on! No. Yes. No. Do it. I can't. How should I start it? "You like jazz?" No, that's no good. Here she comes! Speak, you fool! Hi! I'm sorry. - You're talking. - Yes, I know. You're talking! I'm so sorry. No, it's OK. It's fine. I know I'm dreaming. But I don't recall going to bed. Well, I'm sure this is very disconcerting. This is a bit of a surprise to me. I mean, you're a bee! I am. And I'm not supposed to be doing this, but they were all trying to kill me. And if it wasn't for you... I had to thank you. It's just how I was raised. That was a little weird. - I'm talking with a bee. - Yeah. I'm talking to a bee. And the bee is talking to me! I just want to say I'm grateful. I'll leave now. - Wait! How did you learn to do that? - What? The talking thing. Same way you did, I guess. "Mama, Dada, honey." You pick it up. - That's very funny. - Yeah. Bees are funny. If we didn't laugh, we'd cry with what we have to deal with. Anyway... Oan I... ...get you something? - Like what? I don't know. I mean... I don't know. Ooffee? I don't want to put you out. It's no trouble. It takes two minutes. - It's just coffee. - I hate to impose. - Don't be ridiculous! - Actually, I would love a cup. Hey, you want rum cake? - I shouldn't. - Have some. - No, I can't. - Oome on! I'm trying to lose a couple micrograms. - Where? - These stripes don't help. You look great! I don't know if you know anything about fashion. Are you all right? No. He's making the tie in the cab as they're flying up Madison. He finally gets there. He runs up the steps into the church. The wedding is on. And he says, "Watermelon? I thought you said Guatemalan. Why would I marry a watermelon?" Is that a bee joke? That's the kind of stuff we do. Yeah, different. So, what are you gonna do, Barry? About work? I don't know. I want to do my part for the hive, but I can't do it the way they want. I know how you feel. - You do? - Sure. My parents wanted me to be a lawyer or a doctor, but I wanted to be a florist. - Really? - My only interest is flowers. Our new queen was just elected with that same campaign slogan. Anyway, if you look... There's my hive right there. See it? You're in Sheep Meadow! Yes!
Bee Movie but everytime they say "bee" it's replaced by Dough Walker saying "bee"
This is the most positive review of this film I've ever seen.
I can really relate to this movie, because I'm in college now and I'm not sure what I want to major in, I know whatever I major in where have a huge effect on my life and sorta define what jobs I can get. And I'm worried I'll choose a field I wind up not liking or get bored with. I don't want one job for the rest of my life, but that's what it feels like I'm being forced to choose.
Wow I’m surprised he actually liked it
This guy doesn't like the first Shrek movie or Over the Hedge but he likes Bee Movie
If you're reviewing animes now can you, review Johnny Test next?
This is not an anime. I know it's a joke but I just don't see what's so funny about it.
+Carsen Darling No, Cory in the House please!
Underground Ernie should be the next one
+MegaSoulhero I swear I just saw you somewhere.
+Carsen Darling Nah Seinfeld all the way
"Black and yellow, black and yellow, black and yellow, black and yellow, oooh Yellow and black!"
I expected him to say that the movie was bad, or even okay. The fact he even said it was good surprises me. I didn't even care for this movie when I first watched it, but this actually makes me want to watch it again...
And there's quotes in the comment section of the videos even though you just heard them.
Bee Larry King is my absolute favorite part of this movie 🤣
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly.
+Aqua Yarnick WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!
+Aqua Yarnick Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground.
That is a false fact
+Isadora Costa Hamsi no. you need a license to fly. that bee doesn't have a pilots license. therefore it's illegal for him to fly according to current aviation laws
+TheDoctor64 the bee has a fat ass
Movies like this and over the hedge are ones I completely ignored when they were released but later start loving them.

+The Beatt Anime movies exist you know...
Bee movie but it's actually the nostalgia critic's review of that movie
You know, while I read all these comments bashing the film, there is just one thing that goes through my head every time I listen to this review: Thank god! Someone else who actually gets this movie and realizes it's more intelligent than it actually looks! I avoided this movie for years, but when I got bored and decided to check it out, I was surprised by just how witty it is, how this seemingly dumb film ended up being a really intelligent satire. (Surf's Up had the same effect on me, and I'm still convinced that those who hate that film only do so because it dared to try something different with its direction) If anything, this is one of those films that feels like it's more for the older crowd as it tackles a lot of issues I don't think kids would get. I know it's really late for me to say this considering how long ago this review was made, but it's just nice to see some people out there actually give this film the credit that at least I personally feel it deserves.
this is a certified hive classic
I think the greatest pun is the title. Jerry Seinfeld's entire inspiration for the movie's creation is "What if there was a 'B' movie that was also a 'bee movie'?"
Honestly, I love this movie. Always have. It's hilarious.
Bee movie? More like MEME movie! amiright?!
Memetale, amiright?
TooEliteForYou Meme-ven Memeverse, amiright?
You know, I under appreciated this movie as a kid. Maybe because I just did not get the jokes or I didn't think about how creative it was. It turns out that this is one of the most brilliant animated movies I have seen.
you can fit the entire script of this file into a skype message
Ya LiKe JaZz
I think this is one of my favorite movies of all time because it was actually the first movie I ever saw in theaters. Yeah, no joke. When I was around four or five, my parents took me and my brother to the theaters, and there, we saw the movie in 3D, and I think that was the point in my life where I would like very impressionable cuz I remember loving the movie, and I still do even to this day. Sure, the animation isn't anything special, or the voice acting can be a hint dated, but I really enjoyed it and I still enjoy every time I pop it into the DVD player and watch it. I was always so fascinated by the world around it, especially the world of the bees. Honestly, I wanted to become a bee when it was a little kid, and I guess I'll always have a soft spot for it.
I just re-watched this whole movie for the first time in years and this was the first review I watched afterwards. It really is good!
I just saw this movie after years and... it was pretty entertaining. I don't get all the hate that it gets.
GEEKFOREVER people say is cause of puns
I get the hate, but it doesn't stop me from enjoying it.
Bee-stiality.
Finally, a comment not based around the cringy-ass meme from 2 fucking years ago. I agree, I kinda liked this movie

Bee-Movie, the name, its kind of a pun on B- Movie... 8 years later, and it's now i realise it... :-\
so you wanna see it in 3-D? I'd prefer 3-BEE

Did you know that science now says that the way bees fly is that with every flap of their wings they create a tiny little hurricane which creates lower pressure and allows the bee to go Superman
I love Bee Movie too
Seriously this movie was such a slap to the face of those extremist animal rights groups such as PETA I loved every second of it 🤣🤣
Personally I always loved this movie since if came out. Too funny, and a lot of the jokes are too good, like "Is she beeish"
I really expected you to hate this movie. I'm kinda glad you didn't.
Same.
Fun fact the bear in court looks like the same bear in over the hedge looks like a inside joke idk

The same 3D animation style.
this is definatly da best anime

Bee Movie is really great! Funny and interesting,. For some reason y favorite part is cast captions at the end)) The go the way I have never seen in any movie or cartoon before: kinda playful, waving around, I just really started laughing when I saw them)
I thought this movie was boring
Same
Boring with a capitol 'B'?
Read the manga
same
+Shadow fan 64 I agree 100%
*ya like jazz*
I didn't really get into The Bee Movie I thought it was really stupid Although I did get a laughout of Winnie The Pooh getting tranqued
why is everyone calling this anime?
Look up Filthy Frank. Come back when you get the joke.
Lone Wanderer will do
Lone Wanderer some youtuber what does he have too do with anime
+A.K.A Matt Check his Weaboo episode
+Niko Miller That episode is from 2014?
I know most people don't like this movie, BUT I ADORE IT! I'm not just being biased (ok, maybe I am), but I love this movie.
Dreamworksuary but every time Doug says "freakin" it gets faster
no mention of the fact that the villain is Ray Liotta playing himself?!
Okay .
*Bee Movie, that good*
📝
This movie is a cinematic masterpiece and it deserves a sequel
I think my favourite part of the movie was near the end with the plane about to land and how it spins and moves completely how a plane doesn't. Just watching that clip now still boggles my brain today.
Well, at least this time he didn't said this movie was good because it was without cliches.
Yeah, I love this totally underrated movie. I think the reason it was forgotten about was because it came out in the same year as Ratatouille which has similar plot points, kind of like Antz & A Bug's Life or Megamind & Despicable Me, still I think both Ratatouille and Bee Movie are both great.
I don't think the Renée Zellweger and Patrick Warburton characters were married.
2:10 OMFG
if only I knew this movie had so much creativity, I'd have seen it. I always thought it was the "little kid version" of Ants or A Bug's life, and never even considered to give it a try.
RIP Larry King

Because of the content of this major motion picture, you have to bee at least 13 to watch this film.
the bee movie is funny and pretty underrated
Holy shit how many people are going to call this an anime? .-.
Bee Movie has a lower Rotten Tomatoes score than The Boss Baby. Fuck society.
It was 2007 at the time around same time as Shrek the Third
Also Shark Tale had a much lower score on Rotten Tomatoes
I saw this in theaters, I remembered the concept and it was always lurking in the back of my mind, but I never saw it again.
