I've tried spinning lemons & onions just like Chef Joel, but the rinds & peels still remain until it finally dawned on me that I live in the Northern Hemisphere & have to spin them in the opposite direction! lol I now have a new recipe to make that looks fantastic. I've also discovered mixing a bit of cooked rice with riced cauliflower is a great way to cut down on starch without sacrificing taste.
I am fascinated by your recipes !! At noon I made the cauliflower in the oven, with the little sauce, garlic and oregano !! A massacre !!! I love this one too !! Thumbs up my friend !! Lydia ♫♪♫

Joel my good Aussie friend, outstanding recipe & onions are a huge item used here in Kentucky second only to potatoes, well we are Irish mate, lol, don't change a thing on this,Whiskey smells meat, lol, spinach is very popular also. A quick Irish peasant recipe for you, cookie sheet, foil brushed with oil, as many medium/large onions as you want. Preheat oven to bake at 475 F/240 C, cut just the root end off , stand upright leaving skin/shell on & bake on oven rack below center, appx. 45-55 minutes, remove & peel, s & p & some butter if you like, delicious( use oiled foil or you'll never get the carmalized sugar off the pan, experience, lol) cheers mate !
