I keep thinking that there are often relatively EASY versions of what otherwise seem complicated cooking recipes - e.g. do we REALLY have to soak liver in milk to have liver and onions? It does not seem so. It does seem worth it to do certain KEY things and produce epic benefit (like making a clever sauce, or presenting with a top garni which improves the total look of the food). I enjoyed this and your Liver and Onions video.
