- Whilst in Kansas, I meet up with car collector Brian Pettey. Brian's collection is one of the most incredible I have ever seen and after a tour of the entire garage, he let me choose any two of his cars to take for a drive. I chose his Super Performance Ford GT40 recreation and his 2018 Ford GT.

This is really nice. There are some channel's that have grest content too. You don't have to hate on others to enjoy this
STG JWW and Shmee150 are the only car related UA-cam channels i follow.
They make good content each in their own way
One of the main reasons I love Sam's content compared to other people's videos are the great B roll/Cinematics combined with the great editing. Which most others don't really have.
@@feke5987 i like sams channel been a subscriber for years i don't love drive the world. Lately its been good but to many episodes have little car content. Shmees channel slays all his daily content is off the charts.
Sam and JWW are miles ahead of everyone else when it comes to presentation and making the most out of their content imo.

The best part of this guy (collection) it's the variety, is such a mix of cars, wow, and btw you did the right choice with the pick.
I love it when the owners of these collections actually appear on video. It gets so much more interesting and fun that way, props to this cool man!

Sam is more of a “vlogger” than Tim
From my point of view I'd say it's because Sam is interested in a much greater variety of cars. I recently unsubbed from Tim because I started to find his content very boring.
Because Shmee is milquetoast, and he sounds like a goat in the end of his videos.
I didn't even realize this episode is almost half an hour long.. and i wanted more.. wow! All smiles my friend, all smiles.. thank you
Sam your Drivethe World series has been the most fantastic thing on UA-cam since you started it but today’s instalment has set the bar even higher. Your expression when you opened up the GT40 said it all and then your admission that it was the better experience proves you have a better understanding of what really makes a true drivers car 👍

This channel is so underrated, Sam easily deserves more than a million subs. His cinematography is on another level compared to other UA-camrs and on camera comes across as a very genuine petrol head.
This guy looks more like Sam's dad than Sam's dad. One of my favorite videos yet, great job!

That GT40 continuation is terrific. You're right about the complexity the drivers of those days faced and had to manage. It was very much about not over extending the vehicle to make sure you finished the endurance race whilst still pushing it to break the competitors. Very much a dance on the precipice.
Perfect choice to pair the Ford GTs, Sam! The footage of the two of them driving together was simply amazing. Love your honest opinions on the driving experience. Your whole production is bringing back fond memories of Top Gear of years past.

The 2017 Mustang GT350R ? That is my dream car, such a good looking, balanced performing/ handling, sounding car. It's all manual, it can revs up to 8250 RPM, it's naturally aspirated 5.2L Flatplane V8 "VooDoo" engine, it's the REAL REAL DEAL IDEAL driver mans car. There is no other car in the world that i could compare to it terms of the feel you get when just experiencing (listening, touching, hearing, looking, feeling etc.) this car overall. i don't care what anyone says it's just way too good and unique.

To have that level of cars all in running and mint condition. Perfection. I mean the newest car this guy owns was probably the Ford GT, even his gt3 RS was an 07. Top three best garages I’ve ever seen. This guy is a hero and I can see why this choice was so difficult. Keep up the good work Sam.
