Heres the mistake: you dont file runway so the autopilot flies and when it reaches the runway it doesnt catch the ils forcing you to land without autopilot.

Bro if you have the complete fms setup then no need to do autopilot with adjusting the heading and speed. Just select Lnav and vnav it will take care of everything.

I can't see RW26 for Arrival. I get a long list and only RW26L. There is no PULPS on it

The speed is given in knots, so I'd say you're in the air with flaps 5 and a speed of about 129 knots.

But most airliner rotate at 140+ knots..depends on the payload it carries and the flaps setting..

Actually, V1 is the point of no longer being able to stop intime if anything goes wrong, Vr is Takeoff/Rotation speed
