You have to turn on the bleed air for the engine you are starting. It doesn’t say it in the video but that is what you have to do. The bleed air switches are on either side of the apu bleed air.

standby power cannot be turned off as you already turned it on. the only way to turn it off is to restart the game. idk why they dinnt update the stanby power smh

Here's how it's done. - Complete the checklist exactly as shown in the video. - Then right before turning the nobs to "grd" for ignition, go to the throttle section on the lower panel and look for two independent livers marked 1 and 2 respectively. (It is placed right behind the main throttle) - Now, push both of those two livers all the way to the front. (Upwards) - Go back to the nobs and turn it to "grd". It will start immediately and once it's started the nob will automatically come to Auto as shown. Good luck fellow flying enthusiast!

OH I KNOW WHY, first I had the same problem but then I figured it out. So ur reading The wrong gauge so you know there’s two? Well you have to look at the bottom one. I just noticed that hope that helped :)
Because this isn't exactly a "clean" start. It's just the basics, so it's not too realistic. But yeah in real life you would use the dc and ac selector

Blackout can happen when piloting fighter jets. Would be awesome if that happens in the 737 too!

This is one of my favorite video because this is how I learn to do cold and dark from Xplane Mobile. Easy transition when I upgraded to xplane-11.
After I mess up, I quit and try again. The buttons that I had already pushed before were already pushed down and it prevents me from restarting.

Do u turn off engine bleed air at the end or do u keep it turned on?
They must ON. That's what keeps the airplane pressurized. Otherwise you will get lots of light and sounds when the cabin reaches 10,000'

You have to make sure your engines are on idle mixture... The takeoff configuration warning is usually when parking. brake or flaps are disengaged
