Also just FYI Lara Croft was actually originally from a game series called "Tomb Raider" well before any movies were made. She also used to have a ridiculously sized chest, from a dimensions accident in rendering on the original Playstation that the devs decided to keep.
in reality there are some women out there who augment their boobs to be bigger than OG Lara. to which end idk who thinks that's hot, but that's a turn off for me. DDs are big enough imo and even that is pushing it.

In "The Big Bang Theory" sitcom they made a joke explaining how "Indiana and the raiders of the Lost Ark" would have basically played out the same way even if wasn't in it.

This ERB one is like Joker Vs Pennywise in that it is filled with references to everything in both franchises. Plot threads and lines in the movies, character names and video game developers, and cultural references outside the actual storyline.
Like someone else said, one of the cultural impressions of Tomb Rader is that they drew (using 3D polygons) Lara with unusually large assets. In the movies (and in later versions of the game) they downplayed this aspect hence Indy's line about TR becoming so woke that his indianaconda don't want none. Lara's response was to remind Indy that he has a phobia of snakes.
Lots of the references ultimately involve that initial version of Lara Croft in one way or another.
That line about too many voices and "burning thru women quicker than I do" was actually about how Lara Croft has had tons of voice actors play her and nobody consistently playing Lara. And yea the "cut to the Chase" was about her ex boy friend who died in the comics
Back in the 90s when I was a preteen, all my friends wanted to play Laura Croft because she has gigantic...polygons, both above and below the waist. Most of Indiana's jokes referenced her over sexuality, which was heavily toned down for the reboot. That and a few insults towards her tendency to loot tombs, which cause old traps and curses to kill people.
Her insults mostly revolved around the fact that early on he was a "strong silent type" hunk that was a James Bond style womanizer. Later on he tried to keep his ways, but had become an old man.
Here are the meanings to lines you didn't get:
"Let's get this battle crackin', I'll leave like your reboot, flattened. You used to be the queen of booby-trappin'! What happened? You got too woke to be fun and now my Indianaconda don't want none."
Indy is taking a dig at the recent Tomb Raider reboot film, starring Alicia Vikander as Croft. She is flat-chested and not as well-endowed as Angelina, Croft's original actress. Croft is also known for being well-endowed in the games too. The woke part is also in reference to the newer film, where Lara Croft is a Mary Sue character; a Mary Sue is a female in literature or film that just accomplishes all she sets out to do with very little backstory, effort, or hardship.
"You got too many voices inside you. You burn through women quicker than I do. I think you should of dropped Hollywood as an option when even Angelina gave you up for adoption."
The voices and burning through women quickly is a reference to how many women have voiced or played Lara Croft in the past throughout all the games and films. I believe she's had seven different voice actresses and two different film stars play her across twelve games and three movies. Angelina reference is of course the fact that she no longer wanted to play the character.
"Let's cut to the Chase. Oh wait, he died. I guess you couldn't tap that x in time. From the Bandicoot to your family's plane in ashes. Kid, you've got a tragic history with crashes."
Chase Carver is Lara's love interest in the comics. He isn't in any games as far as I know. He ends up dying to some poison saving Lara if I remember correctly. The tap that x in time is a double entendre for actually tapping that ex, as Lara and Chase never had sex, but also not tapping the x in time as in the x button on the controller, which you do a lot in the games during certain points. The next line dealing with crashes is another double entendre referencing Crash Bandicoot, a popular video game series and also the plane crash that killed Lara's parents (though in some iterations, her father commits suicide).
The last few lines of Indiana's first verse are pretty self-explanatory, though the sword vs. gun bar are in reference to when filming one of the movies, Harrison Ford had to fight a guy with a sword with his whip, but he just got tired of retakes and so he just used his gun instead and they decided to keep it.
"Dr. Jones you're no rival. You've been getting owned since 'give me the whip, throw me the idol'. Indianaconda? For heaven's sake, you'd shit those Dickies at a garter snake."
Lara's first line references the classic scene at the beginning of the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Jones and his escort Satipo are separated by a large pit while trying to escape with the treasure. Indy says to Satipo to throw him his whip and Satipo says he will if Jones throws him the idol first. Jones does so and gets owned because Satipo leaves him to die. Indy also has an iconic fear of snakes, hence Lara's line about him shitting his pants over seeing one.
"You stole your famous leather-daddy jacket and Stetson from the cold dead hands of Charlton Heston. Some ladies mistake you for brave and hunky, but you're such a toxic date you could kill a little monkey."
Charlton Heston is a famous actor who played a similar character to Indy in older films, hence why Lara said he stole the getup and style from him. A Stetson is the type of hat Indy wears. The toxic date and monkey part is a reference to the second Indiana Jones film, The Temple of Doom, where Indy and company are at a feast and realize the dates, i.e., the fruit, are toxic because a monkey eats one and dies.
"Marion was 15 when you raided her bones. That's no time for love Dr. Jones. This is one temple that you'll never be exploring. You're not John Williams, so you ain't scoring!"
Marion is Jones' love interest and when they first meet, Indy is 25 and Marion is 15, though this is never explicitly stated. Lara goes on to say that her body is something Jones will never "explore" and then referenced John Williams who did the score for the Indiana Jones films.
"Three decades in the game and my fans still adore me. You tried alien skulls and chose poorly. Your whole story got blown up on a sitcom. There's a Big Bang you can't hide in the fridge from!"
Lara's been around since 1996. Most of her games have done incredibly well. The alien skulls is in reference to the last Indiana Jones film, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, that was poorly received due to the tie-ins with aliens and making it too sci-fi and outlandish. Her saying that his story got blown up on a sitcom is in reference to an episode of Big Bang Theory where one of the characters says that the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of the Lost Ark, would have ended the same way with or without Indiana's involvement, thus rendering the movie pointless. This is followed through with the next line about hiding in a fridge from a big bang, which is a nuclear explosion, which Indiana does in the latest movie and it just doesn't make sense how he lives.
"Hang up the whip before you crack a hip. I think even Mutt wants you to quit! (Just do it!). I kill dinosaurs for fun, what's another old geezer? I'll lock this battle up like Winston in the freezer."
She's basically saying Indy is old and needs to retire, which, if you take into consideration how old Harrison Ford is now, she ain't wrong. Mutt is Indiana's son, but more on that later. He jumps in and says "Just do it" because Mutt is played by Shia Labeouf in the most recent film and he is well known for his motivational "just do it" video from several years back. Lara does indeed fight dinosaurs in her games and in one of the original games, Winston, the Croft Manor butler, can be lured and locked in the kitchen freezer with no way out. It's hilarious and something all of us gamers did when we played that game.
Indy's next set of lines are pretty self-explanatory, but I do want to point out that Lara stuffing her knapsack with innocent casualties is a reference to a more recent game where she takes a treasure and in doing so causes a huge flood that kills an entire city. Continuing on...
"Square Enix didn't want you anymore, that's why they dropped you like a J in the floor. When they designed your core and they ripped my style, and jiggled in a bit of Girls Polygon Wild."
Square Enix used to own the rights to the Tomb Raider franchise, but recently sold them off to a different company called Embracer Group, a subsidiary of Amazon Games. Tomb Raider was also owned in the past by Crystal Dynamics and Core Design. The dropping like a J in the floor is in reference to the third Indiana Jones film, The Last Crusade where they have to solve a puzzle by spelling "Jehovah" with tiles marked on the floor, but they spell it with the wrong letter initially. He goes on to say that Tomb Raider is a rip-off of his movies with just some added jiggle physics. In gaming, jiggle physics is the term to describe the unnatural way in which female characters breasts will move or jiggle anytime the character moves, jumps, etc.
"You took 3D to uncharted territory. Now you're just in Uncharted's territory. Overshadowed by Drake like Lil'Wayne. Somebody needs to make a tomb for your whole game."
Indy slightly praises Lara for her more recent games as they have reached an unprecedented level of realism for 3D graphics, only to then insult her by saying that now she's just a clone of Uncharted, another popular gaming series with similar themes and gameplay. The main character of Uncharted is Nathan Drake, which is a double entendre for the Drake and Lil'Wayne bar.
"If you want to talk games, stick to Sorry. That verse was worse than your crap on Atari. Aww, Fedora the Explorer thinks he's tough. You must've gotten dragged behind too many trucks."
Lara basically tells Indy to apologize for how bad he is and then craps on his Atari video game (which is really bad by the way, as most licensed movie-to-game adaptations are). She then insults his manhood with some name-calling and says he's been dragged behind a lot of trucks, which does happen often in the films.
"So strap some blocks on Short Round and pump the brakes. The only overshadowed thing is that face. I'm whooping you so bad I should get flagged for cheating. Like Mola Ram with a heart, Indy's taking a beating!"
Short Round is Indy's Asian friend who is a child that has to strap cinder blocks to his feet in order to reach the pedals on the getaway vehicle in one of the films. She calls his face overshadowed because of his hat. She says she should get flagged for cheating for how bad she's whooping Indy. Being flagged for cheating is a gaming term. Mola Ram is the villain of the second Indiana Jones film where he takes the still beating heart of his victims.
The silver catsuit is from the second film with Angelina. The one she changed into during the first verse was from the newer games.
The sloppy seconds bar in regards to Indy's dad is because him and his father both slept with the same woman (not his mother). Lastly, the nude codes bar is in reference to some secret codes you could put into the original games to make Lara, well, naked. The codes don't actually exist, it was just a rumor for a long time.

The sitcom part was an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" that basically said that the story would've played out the exact same, whether Indiana was involved or not.
The last verse talking about his dad: the third movie features Sean Connery, who plays Indy's father obsessed with the Holy Grail. The sloppy seconds part refers to the fact that both Indy and his father had an amorous encounter with the same female.

Uncharted is a similar game to her Tomb Raider games and he's saying she was great once but now she's overshadowed by ......Nathan Drake. The protagonist of the Uncharted series, so he's comparing her to lil Wayne and being overshadowed by someone named Drake. I hope this helps and wasn't too confusing 😂😂😂

close battle one of the closest to me, but Peter using Harrison Ford's cadence and the truth (She is/was a female big breasted protagonist that was done to get your teen males excited... he just had the better lines. The actress they got for her she did great and she is very British seeing her behind their scenes.... But the Uncharted comparison, the John Williams theme being better then all her games and a few others made me give the slight nod to Indi here. His Drake reference is related to Nathan Drake of the popular Uncharted game series which pretty much replaced Tomb Raider games and that Tomb Raider has largely copied in recent years.
It was called Adventures of Young Indiana Jones, or something like that. You can Google it it was the only time Harrison Ford wasn't involved.

I give it to Lara Croft. And there's so much to unpack here I'm just gonna pick one part and maybe someone else in the comments hasn't done it yet. Going with the Drake line. There's another series of game called Uncharted that has basically the same set up and play style as Tomb Raider, and is definitively more popular and currently played. The main character in the Uncharted franchise is named Nathan Drake, so that line is likening the difference between Lara Croft and Nathan Drake to Lil Wayne and Drake the artists.

Lara got too woke by becoming more like a female Rambo, than her earlier days as a Grave Robber / Treasure Hunter. i know they were going for female empowerment, but it was more like Over-empowerment.
Lara was full on straight, he was referring to how many actresses and remodels she went through, while Indiana has always been Harrison Ford.
Chase was Lara's Ex-BF, who died in the game series, who died in a plane crash much like her parents, hence the tragic history with crashes line. also her games were pretty exclusive with Sony who made Playstation, hence mentioning the Bandicoot.
Indiana has a deathly fear of snakes, basically on one of his first adventures had him on a train with a travelling circus, while Indy was trying to get away from some mercs chasing him, he fell into a Snake Pit with tons of them, he wasnt bit but the trauma of them slithering all over him affected him for the rest of his days.
Indiana Jones was highly inspired by old Adventure movies, something Charleton Heston; a renowned actor played a bunch of those kind of movies, only to be copied by Steven Spielburg.
the whole Marion thing is a bit sketchy, Indiana Jones was set in an early half of the 20th century. and he had a short relationship that fell out pretty early when she was 15. they would cross paths again in the first movie and fall for each other again. she was the only girl under 18 that he did anything with though, so it wasnt intentionally creepy, but it comes off that way.
Indiana wasnt on a sitcom, nor Harrison Ford, the whole Big Bang line was about the Crystal Skull movie and The Big Bang Theory sitcom where they had an argument about Indiana Jones and how he survived a nuke by getting into a lead lined fridge.
Lara Croft in her games killed loads of animals and people alike, those pistols of hers had unlimited ammo back in the day. game programmers felt that she needed to do more than platform, solve puzzles and look hot, so they put lots of things to shoot in her levels, including Dinosaurs.
the Outshadowed like Drake with Lil Wayne is a reference that in her time she ushered in the 3D platformer age along with Mario, but now she's become little more than a copycat of Uncharted; a game series that did what she did before, only better.
the worst thing about "the best affection from your dad was sloppy seconds" is that Indy and his father at different times was seduced by the same woman and they ultimately both slept with her. that honestly was a dirty low blow imo.
finally, the line about Nude Codes is an old false rumor that in her games you could see her nude model, but such model never existed, that didnt stop people from trying to find it anyway.

You really need to watch Indiana Jones. Lara's rap might have been better but Indiana takes it home at the box office and the fans. There's a reason he's still popular today 42 years after the first movie. So popular that they're trying to continue the series with a new movie that looks like it'll be worse than Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull ever thought of being.
