Just passed my exams and am saving a buffer amount to secure me for several months. Loving these videos I've been watching for the last two hours getting tons of notes ❤
Hi Nicole! I am a new agent in Florida and excited to start; right now I’m watching a lot of day in the lives of realtors to get a grasp on what to-dos there are! This was a really good video! I was able to pull a bunch of questions from this video that I’ll need to ask my broker office staff. Thank you so much and I look forward to more of your videos!
Great video, i noticed what convinced the client to continue hearing what you had to say was when you said if I can get you the right price for your property, would you consider selling it. Bam, that got her real interested. Once again great video.
I’m so curious to your advice on this…I have a potential seller but his wife went into the hospital about 2 weeks ago so that slowed down the process. I called last week to check in on his wife and left a message. How would you continue with this lead?
Hi Nicole! Could you share what your day to day looked like your first year in real estate? and how you really got your business to start snowballing/what worked for you! 8 months in and struggling.
Hi Nicole, I've enjoyed watching your videos and seeing your business grow. It's amazing how much you've accomplished in a short time, very inspiring! I am just starting out and am preparing to cold calling and door knock. I saw that you recommended calling old expired listings as the new ones aren't as responsive due to the volume of agents calling them. May I ask where you find those old expired listings? Thanks for posting these videos and putting yourself out there, it's so helpful for us to watch and learn from!
Hi! Thank you so so much! :) So I have a paid program within my team that I get expired listings from called espresso agent. You can also use Remine within in MLS - the pro version of Remine will give you contact information but I found TruePeopleSearch.com also comes in handy to find numbers !
Hey Nicole I noticed you switched brokerages, is new brokerage providing lead as well? I know you said the first year was a struggle For you seems like your doing better.
Hi! Yes, the new brokerage is great and they provide a lot of good leads. Absolutely loving the new team! The first year was definitely a struggle but it's been a lot better.
I have a lead dashboard that I get my numbers from. This is through my CRM within my team. We use capture pages to get the info from google PPC, FB ads, etc.!
Love this! Expireds and FSBOs are my jam. I love how “calm” you are and how simple you make the opening, I still feel “stiff” in the beginning of the conversations.
I definitely need to jump more into the FSBO's! But I do love calling expired and withdrawns. I was very stiff in the beginning when making these calls but it for sure gets easier and more comfortable the more you do it.

I would just keep following up, show your sympathy to the family and maybe send them a little something in the mail even if it's just a handwritten notecard. Once she is out of the hospital they should most likely give you the call when they are ready to sell!
Really love your authenticity and that you're sharing these calls. Super helpful!
Thank you!!

Nice job, good point on how long term a sales cycle can be.
Thanks for the videos.
This video gives me courage to make cold calls! Thank you!

This was so helpful! How are you able to see who visits your website and get their phone numbers?
It's all through my CRM!
Thank you Nicole … I Love To Watch This Type Off Videos…..So Helpful 🙏🏻
Aww good, thank you!!
Nicole this was really helpful just to hear you and to motivate me to make my calls! I have to get out of my head!
Glad it helped you! It's so easy to get in your own head but once you start going on a roll of making phone calls it gets 10000x easier!
These tips were sooo helpful! Great video.

Hi! What ended up happening with this lead?
Do you get the numbers for the expires and withdrawns? MLS?
My team has a paid program I use call espresso agent, however, the pro version of remine in MLS also provides names and numbers!
I STRUGGLE to find phone numbers - how do you get so many lined up?
I have a lead dashboard that I get my numbers from. This is through my CRM within my team. We use capture pages to get the info from google PPC, FB ads, etc.!
What is the best lead source to work strictly with buyers?
I have a CRM with my team that does a lot of lead capture from ads, facebook, and google
You're a friggin rockstar! I just recently started working on older expireds.
Thanks SO much! Working older expireds is the way to go!
Thank you Nicole.Keep going with the hard work! 💪🥇
Thank you!!
Do you ever get a day off?
I do! The joys of making your own schedule but some days are longer than others.
Love it!
Where do track your client files what program or spreadsheet do you use?
I use Sierra interactive for my CRM
@@NicoleConnell Would you be able to do a video explaining the CRM? Is that something you pay for or does your broker provide it?

Im currently taking my CA real estate courses! You’re so inspiring in these videos. I ended my nursing career to pursue real estate (:
Omg yay! Good luck! I’m also starting a course soon!
Aw yay!! You're going to kill it. Good luck!!
Good luck girl!!
You sound good on the phone.. but you talk too much. Less words is better.
