I have BC stage 2 turbo cams, BC dual valve springs, and BC titanium retainers in my turbo LS and I was hoping for a little lope at idle and got shafted. Awesome color on your car! I just painted my EK coupe Electron Blue Pearl. I LOVE that color. Drives me nuts.
Man im dying to know your build i have a ported b16a head stiing around and im planning on getting a jdm b20b high comp bottom end any tips or tricks you found really useful to ensure your engine runs good and can handle the revs/comp because i wanna put it in my summer/track car and i need to be able to drive it to the track and back so it has to be reliable
To be honest, If you want it to be reliable, don´t buy a b20 block. Get a B18a1, a2, b1, b2 block and sleeve it to 84mm or more (its basically a b20, 84x89). The b20 blocks are weak/thin, the cylinder walls usually cracks if you over rev, detonate or the tuner does not know the ignition limit. A wetsleeved B18a1 and some forged pistons+rods, you can rev 9000rpm all day long. Or get a B18c, c5 block and use the crankshaft from b20, b18a.
@@Supersupra87 How much does it cost to do sleeving and stuff because i was going for the b20 because i don't have a huge amount of money its supposed to be a bit of a budget build but i dont mind spending more to make it last longer
@@nickleach8589 sleeping a b20 isn't really the best idea the only people who really get it right s golden Eagle. You can try calling them up and go from there.
TTSUPRA FREAK 98 yes, E85 and a bit on the rich side sounds pretty nice :). Haha yes, i just kind of got stuck with my nickname. Ive been in love with toyota Supra mkiv from 2000, but since 2012 i kind of went to Hondas "lol", i really liked them because of the awesome cornering speed, easy to fix and not super expensive. I also prefer circuit racing and unfortunately the Supra kind of sucks when there are corners involved :P.
The song of my ppl!
