I love your self-assessment awareness and your kind & curious approach to assessing why we feel/react the way we do. This is a skill we should all cultivate. ❤
I'm so glad you did a review of this book. And you did a great job. One of my favourite Witchcraft books. Because it is non-prescriptive, as you say. The theory is strong and clear, and Althaea gives reasons and explanations for what they are saying. Thanks.
Thanks Teia, I hadn’t heard of this book before. Just ordered it plus one the author has done on wards ( great title “By rust of nail & prick of thorn”). Really looking forward to them both. I’m laid up after extensive knee surgery which is going to take months to recover from so I really fancy doing the exercises in the spell craft book to get me fully back in touch with my craft once I’ve recovered.
@@TeiaKennedy I loved it. Read it twice over a weekend. Starting the Witch’s Guide to Spellcraft later this month at the correct moon phase. Im housebound recovering from surgery this Spring/Summer so all of my usual outdoor witch activities can’t happen. Hoping the book “course” can give me a new focus for my practice indoors
I haven't read this one but I enjoyed Althea's 'By Rust of Nail and Prick of Thorn' on protection and warding magic. I enjoy their Twitter feed too. Thanks for a review of this one, may have to pick up a copy at some point.
“The Witches Devil” is by far my favorite book! I love they way Roger Horne writes.
I can’t wait to get to this one in my “to read” stack!!! ❤
