este show fue literalmente 4 dias despues de su show en argentina, dave había quedado completamente atónito del publico argentino por lo que nunca pudo recuperar su voz para este show ya que seguía completamente loco por el publico argentino
His voice improved? No, it never did really. You either dig his nasally, rough around the edges crusty type of vocals (no disrespect to him, just how it sounds to me,) or you don't. I think his vocals have always lacked badly. I still dig Megadeth though...
@@JudasSlays242614 year old comment. im assuming this was when united abominations came out, when his voice was pretty good. 2007 download festival his vocals were better than normal
@@bliss_gore5194 That's actually true. I didn't even think about U.A. Washington Is Next is always gonna be one of my favorites by Megadeth.. That's Megadeth at their best, imo. I do wonder if his getting sober helped with his vocal ability? Or if he simply was putting more work into his vocals? Good point though, I have no problem admitting if I was mistaken. I was mistaken,
well what most of these people are falling to realise is the reason his voice sucks here his because this song is hard as hell to play and sing at the same time the vocals and guitar are going at two diffrent rythyms his voice is ok live i think he puts mor epower into it i sawem live recently and he put so much power into holy wars
@soadratmetc: I ask myself this for a lot of their songs. They have loads of great songs, Mechanix, Killing is my Business, Die Dead Enough for example...I have an idea why Megadeth never play Mechanix (Because Metallica have Four Horsemen. Yes, I know Mechanix was the original, but still), but Train of Consequences is my favorite song and I wish they would play it these days. Oh well, maybe in 2014 they'll do a 20th Anniversary Youthanasia tour, just like they did with Rust In Peace. =)
i think what he meant is that Dave always sounds strained. at least that's what i think. he doesn't exactly have consistent vocals. but i still love Dave
@bob72141 In what universe and on what instrument is Train of Consequences harder than Holy Wars, Peace Sells, Hangar 18, or Wake Up Dead, all songs that are still regular parts of 'Deth's nightly setlist?
@LightCyrus Dave doesnt sing at all like James...James sings very monotonous compared to Mustaine. Think about it, James has no vibratos, he just goes from soft vocals to power vocals and that makes him good?
His voice complaments the music. If your a pure "speed metal" freak.
If Youthanasia were released a decade or two later, it would have had huge success. This album has aged well.
It had huge success it went platinum that same year.
Marty nailed that solo, fantastic performance.
When is somebody gonna post their live performance live on the David Letterman show?
It was on UA-cam a while ago then disappeared. That harmonica solo at the end by Paul Shaffer is out of this world.
MR.MUSTAINE is a "GOD" to me!!!
No t-shirts and sleeveless plaid shirts, Megadeth got all dressed up for John Stewart.
OMG...that vocals!
Fucking killed it.
Ese riff es una brutalidad
Nick menza d great and Best,, Rip
Bass drum sounds fat as heck! You rarely hear that hi fidelity...
Magnífico! Que vocal!
Daves sneer is pure metal.
Great solo
Menza, Marty, Mustain, we miss you!
and Ellefson

@@JudasSlays2426 He definitely practiced. And If he didn't have his neck injury and surgery, he might have even gotten even better
@@bliss_gore5194 I read something about Dave Mustaine is basically dying... I wasn't sure if you were aware of this...??

In glance I thought I saw Todd Howard with long hair 😂
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nick "Fuckin" Menza ImI
jajajajja dave's hair cut
3 men behind saved dave mustain
@soadratmetc they dont play it anymore because its super hard to play. it took seveal tries just to record it.
oh yeah from that point of view for sure
David Mustverdale...
i think what he meant is that Dave always sounds strained. at least that's what i think. he doesn't exactly have consistent vocals. but i still love Dave
@bob72141 ...I'm pretty sure if I can do it, Dave Mustaine can do it.
@soadratmetc its slower but the vocals and guitar are hard to play together
Way better than the letterman performance 🤘🏼
The harmonica from Paul Shaffer at the end really added to that performance
Im doing you a favor as im taking all your money, best ten bucks
god damnit i miss marty. chris shuhhhhREDS though. marty just had sass.
@bob72141 Yes, many times.... Singin and playin that ol guitar... And it's easier than Holy Wars.
@bob72141 In what universe and on what instrument is Train of Consequences harder than Holy Wars, Peace Sells, Hangar 18, or Wake Up Dead, all songs that are still regular parts of 'Deth's nightly setlist?
yeah, Davve's voice is thrashed

Chupalo
Actually james' vocal got some subtle vibrato tho. If you're talking bout james circa 2003 and later, then I'm agree with you.
@soadratmetc so you sang it and played it with music in the background?
Metallica goes Guns'n'Roses!
Live in David Letterman version is better.
It’s the wish version of Megadeth?
I hope dav regrets this phase
Dave has a horrible voice, but he knows how to play the axe.
Voz muy forzada.
why record something that you can't do alive?
sad
Hélcius J. C. Vale just like Metallica these days haha
They literally killing it here, what do you mean?
I think you're weird
dude.... terrible voice lol
It’s the wish version of Megadeth?
