I don't know whether who is right or wrong but when poaching was done with pw last year everyone supported him including Aman bhaiya. And now when the same thing is done with apni kaksha so people are saying that it's just a part of business and it's not wrong.
See I know that both of them are running a business but we can't ignore the fact that they both were great friends as well. Aman bhaiya supported alakh sir when he needed him by making video last year. Whether it's a business or not but alakh sir has surely broken the trust of his friend Aman bhaiya.
Well I do love aman sir but I support Alakh sir in this matter cuz he showed in his video that poaching was not done and they were hired they also served their notice period which aman sir said they didn't also not only few teachers but many staff members left apni kaksha so why isn't he answering why other's left there must be some issue with work management... I hope they sort out we love both of them

No poaching has done all the teachers that joined pw showed their emails and proof. On the other hand Aman didn't showed anything regarding that in his new video. I admire both Aman and alakh sir. Same poaching issue happened with pw in 2021 . Pw's three teachers were poached by unacademy and that time both teachers said it is not right. Now if Pw is doing same thing with Apni kaksha so it is right.

I'm an IT person but love to watch Alakh Pandey's short physics magic videos. But today suddenly I saw a note on Alakh Pandey's youtube channel about this controversy.
Then I searched for it in youtube and I got two video (which I liked).
The first one was from aman and second from this channel.
I understood the controversy.
But one thing I learnt here that is this channel is very important for me.
I also want do something different in corporate but I was not familiar with those problems which you have mentioned in this video.

this is the most mature view I have ever seen on this issue, both of them are great guys it is difficult for children to hate someone who they admired so much. same for me, I followed Aman when he was in 3rd year of his college, and I have seen him growing the vision he has. somewhere I also want to do something unique like him and I studied from PW when he had only a small whiteboard and rocking ways of teaching physics not so many views but still, he gave the same amount of effort. so it is better for everyone they start cooperating and put an end to this controversy.

Hi Akash, you brought back memories of my previous Institute where I was working as a Assistant Professor in Bangalore, They used to underpay us, do not let us apply anywhere, Same Non monetary rewards policy to show care..When it comes to appraisal very less increment. This hard fact of Indian Teaching system..I am currently relocated to Maldives as Associate Professor now earning the triple of my previous salary. While leaving too they were not giving my experience letter, Relieving letter etc.
since you are an experienced person, what things can i keep in mind as a fresher to see if a company doesn't has such a toxic culture?
@@tusharchilling6886 Glassdoor has reviews of small companies as well, nowadays. Unfortunately if you have to work for a small non descript company, for some reason as a fresher, then be prepared for it and take it in your stride. Be emotionally and mentally prepared that you'll have to leave.
Keep appearing for interviews if you are insecure at your workplace(even otherwise, job security and comfort zone are ambition killers trust me as a 10 year job-ex guy from Software Engineering), when it comes to you, do serve your notice period, do not breach your agreements. For keeping YOUR value system and YOUR personal integrity, that is.

Sir, please make a video on nta jee main. Because last year they had done a lot of problem like result change, centre change at exam day itself, double registration, and some made result fake. Which cause stress to many aspirants and student decided to take drop for the next year in hope that thing change they could have better result next year. But nta always try to depress student and create stress for the student. And todays some sources said that nta is planning for exam to be conducted in january main. It this fair. How can a dropper student prepare for exam in 4 months for 2 years syllabus because exam ended in last weak of august and result announce on 1st weak of september. And after this student decided for drop and this is what happening. Sir i am not saying lie, its really stressful and tough to manage our study in this 4 months and if our result will not come as our expectation than what we will do. Last year nta does not reply on their mistakes. But sir,, we does want to ruin our future this year also because as coming from lower middle class family we dreamt and worked hard for this exam. Please make a video to make realise to government.

Hence there's not much difference between two educators if one is giving the education for free and the other making it affordable. Both Aman Dhatarwaal and Alakh Sir are great people in my eyes.

I am a student that studied from tarun sir when he was teaching in 2017 narayana coaching institute in dwarka , I am deeply hurted by seeing all this controversy about him
I just wanted to say that he is the one because of which today i am doing mbbs and will become doctor soon
He was the one who believed in me when others didn't, not even my parents
Because of him not only my biology score was 340 but also my physics score also went up because of his motivation, I deeply respect him
And will always be grateful to him
Please stop spreading false information about him and others they are hardworking people and care about the students a lot

The question is about Ethics....Alakh told in his videos repeatedly that his teachers were poached and thus got mass support and told he will Never do something like that..No he is doing the same thing that's wrong and secondly a child gets attached to a teacher and due to poaching his studies gets affected its nota corporate

Brother I have been a student at Physics Wallah and Apni Kaksha, and I agree with you on all the points. I think this is the video both creators should watch this video to retrospect on the processes in their companies.
here are few points as an advice to both Aman Bhaiya and Alakh Sir.
For Apni Kaksha: 1: Bhaiya should definitely not focus on keeping Apni Kaksha "BootStrapped", he sholud get funding and do things big!
2: I "think" there is an attitude issue developed in Aman Bhaiya, as we can see from his post on insta and other where he says, "organic" and etc. These practices should be left only with rappers, because we can see what re his real intentions on saying Organic and all words.
3: He should not make any false claims which his team doesn't have the bandwidth to fullfill, such things affects the image of the organization in a very bad way.
For PW:
1: PW pathshala(offline - online hybrid thing) I believe was a disaster so they should focus more on their pure offline center thing
2: If PW is doing Poaching, Stop It! Get some help (Meme).

Actually the thing is that , Physics wallah started behaving like a Normal Greedy Edtech which isn't wrong in any way but every company wants to grow but the problem is their students never believed that PW can do this....They call PW their emotion and don't see PW as a company and this is why they are getting hate..
Also , Alakh Pandey sir also talked about poaching of Unacademy when they are new to their field and said this is immoral and wrong but now he is doing same....which is hurting students
Otherwise , Byjus , Whitehat , Unacademy also have done poaching but no one cares.....

You said exactly right that we students are not serious in free studies .but when we get into an affordable paid batch there we get regular lectures, dpps,test,practice sheets and many more things and teachers also work for our selection then we also work harder .
Poaching is common but the teachers that went to pw are lying that they have served till the notice period but they didn't and Aman dhatrawal is just clearing that when alakh sir is telling that he is wearing slippers and riding i20 as his car then he is showing his simplicity which no one asked for plus the fund that was raised by pw has not been used according to alakh sir but expanding your teachers staffs and crews from 2000 to more than 5000 is not an easy job without using funds and if you are having the guts to say you can return the funding then you must do everyone is waiting to see if you have used it or just bragging.
