The thing is, according to PW and the students studying from PW, teaching for earning money is considered as a bad thing. PW has brought down the fees of courses to such low levels that people associalted with PW think that if anyone is charging high fees or if any teacher is taking tonnes of money from a company then that organisation or teacher is corrupted. It's like working for money is now considered against morals. Here we all need to understand that experience which Tarun sir, MD sir etc. have is gained solely by themselves, so we or any organisation is no one to decide where they should work. What's wrong in working for money? Do teachers not have their own dreams, their own families? If they are trying to earn maximum from the talent they have, why can't they do it?
But nobody knew them before the came to physics wallah. PW gave them so much reach. And they are taking advantage of that. Alakh sir searched for those teachers to provide free education. Just wait till they launch courses, after this revolutionary sankalp. Pankaj sir already told about it in his video. Even if they think they deserve so much money, why did they joined pw altogether. Nobody would have offered them 20Cr in offline. They are only taking advantage of pw. They haven't even completed their batches and leaving the students at such crucial moment is very very disheartening. It is really heartbreaking to leave a day before alakh sir reception, just imagine how he has felt.

True in this case but i think its Not always true, depends on the controversy, for example if the controversy is itself affecting long term economy/career then its better to understand and take step regarding the controversy rather than the short term so called "career" and it is not dichotomy.

When I used to be in 10th, my coaching teachers never did it. When I took coaching in Resonance in 11th, they didn't do anything. And even when Resonance broke into Resonance and the other coaching, none of them did anything that major. Teachers continued classes and students continued studying. I still look at them with respect in my heart and it comes naturally to me. But these jokers(mind my language) these days just keep crying about irrelevant stuff. Students mustn't give attention to the teacher leaving or joining first of all, simply join an institute of your will and be with it. Make sure the institute itself is capable of managing stuff and all these inner managements must never ever come out to children. And about children, don't fall for jokers. You have your mother and father, career and then the love of your life to fall for, these are irrelevant. There are good teachers tho, who are mature enough, and have good knowledge. PS - me calling them joker doesn't mean they don't have knowledge, I just don't respect such kind of people who create controversy or do irrelevant jokes (jokes are fine I laugh at them too, but saying baby and all, well ughh that's just not expected from you, mind you Kota teachers also crack double meaning jokes but those are subtle, and they never cry like that atleast). Teachers have to give a meaningful reason to students about why they left PW, but they cannot lie. If they had joined adda247, it's not wrong to join other company but they were misleading students. I think it's us teenagers who have made such things so worthy of controversy. We are the age group which is the most easily mouldable into any kind of shit. We can be made so hyper or extreme about stuff that we don't even spare room for any kind of common logical thinking. This controversy made an emotional fool out of many, but yeah I feel this was the right thing to happen. All those students who were in touch with the teachers before this surely learnt a nice lesson about life. P. S. The thing is, according to PW and the students studying from PW, teaching for earning money is considered as a bad thing. PW has brought down the fees of courses to such low levels that people associalted with PW think that if anyone is charging high fees or if any teacher is taking tonnes of money from a company then that organisation or teacher is corrupted. It's like working for money is now considered against morals. Here we all need to understand that experience which Tarun sir, MD sir etc. have is gained solely by themselves, so we or any organisation is no one to decide where they should work. What's wrong in working for money? Do teachers not have their own dreams, their own families? If they are trying to earn maximum from the talent they have, why can't they do it?
But nobody knew them before the came to physics wallah. PW gave them so much reach. And they are taking advantage of that. Alakh sir searched for those teachers to provide free education. Just wait till they launch courses, after this revolutionary sankalp. Pankaj sir already told about it in his video.
Even if they think they deserve so much money, why did they joined pw altogether. Nobody would have offered them 20Cr in offline. They are only taking advantage of pw. They haven't even completed their batches and leaving the students at such crucial moment is very very disheartening.
It is really heartbreaking to leave a day before alakh sir reception, just imagine how he has felt.

When I used to be in 10th, my coaching teachers never did it. When I took coaching in Resonance in 11th, they didn't do anything. And even when Resonance broke into Resonance and the other coaching, none of them did anything that major. Teachers continued classes and students continued studying. I still look at them with respect in my heart and it comes naturally to me. But these jokers(mind my language) these days just keep crying about irrelevant stuff. Students mustn't give attention to the teacher leaving or joining first of all, simply join an institute of your will and be with it. Make sure the institute itself is capable of managing stuff and all these inner managements must never ever come out to children. And about children, don't fall for jokers. You have your mother and father, career and then the love of your life to fall for, these are irrelevant. There are good teachers tho, who are mature enough, and have good knowledge.
PS - me calling them joker doesn't mean they don't have knowledge, I just don't respect such kind of people who create controversy or do irrelevant jokes (jokes are fine I laugh at them too, but saying baby and all, well ughh that's just not expected from you, mind you Kota teachers also crack double meaning jokes but those are subtle, and they never cry like that atleast). Maintain a decorum. Also I'm not Kota ka 14, in case somebody thinks to comment that. Join any institute just make sure they are good at management.
Edit : I was calling teachers on both sides to be jokers. And students must not care about which teacher is going where and why, the thing which they should care about is if the institute(NOT the teacher) is able to teach them that subject or not, even if teachers leave. Don’t make teachers celebrity. They are teachers, respect them if they deserve it and move on.

1. Sir, The video that you played in which MR Sir was asking "karte ho" is a misleading clip. He was not asking that in wrong aspect, please watch full lecture.
2. Teachers have to give a meaningful reason to students about why they left PW, but they cannot lie. If they had joined adda247, it's not wrong to join other company but they were misleading students. They should have told the truth. ( but I'm not sure if tarun sir along with other teachers had joined adda, as they didn't clarify it)
3. The statement "Apna kuch karo" By pankaj sir was wrong and i agree with it, because teachers have the choice to change company if they are not comfortable or for any other reasons.

I think it's us teenagers who have made such things so worthy of controversy. We are the age group which is the most easily mouldable into any kind of shit. We can be made so hyper or extreme about stuff that we don't even spare room for any kind of common logical thinking.
This controversy made an emotional fool out of many, but yeah I feel this was the right thing to happen. All those students who were in touch with the teachers before this surely learnt a nice lesson about life.
P. S. I didn't know the teachers before all this, but now I am also one of the many students who have enrolled themselves to a sankalp batch and the teachers are great as teachers.
