'PRICE DISRUPTION' in the coaching industry. A lot of coaching institutes and Ed-techs are decreasing their fees which would have never happened otherwise.
but you know due to this the batch sizes in PW is extremely high. Like there were 10k+ students in the Arjuna batch, but in the batch of Vedantu, even though they have doubt solving teachers in class(1-3), then also the batch size is lowest - 25 (Eklavya batches) and max 400(normal batches)

It is a sad reality. Coaching companies are booming with the number of students increasing year by year. But nobody is paying attention to the stagnant number of seats in higher education especially in MBBS and IITs, the scenario of PG medical seats are the worse. Instead of spending huge sum of money on coaching the people should demand higher number of seats from their government so that the demand is met with the higher number of students aspiring for it.
My main point is after acquiring this much knowledge nowadays every one is educated but jo jobs available in market as in private company offers just 12000 to 20k after investing this much in education we gets this offer only few are getting high salary commissioning generation will face huge compition
You are absolutely right. The other problem is these coaching centres are making the competition tough , because every student knows the most probable questions and it takes away the fun aspects of education. Competition in entrance exams doesn't lead to excellence. India hasn't been able to produce a single Nobel laureate in science since 1930( CV Raman)
As a teacher,i wud say that UA-cam is a seemingly strong platform 👍 for aspiring teachers and hence it shud invite many more good strong teachers in the coming decade of 2022-2032.I hope !!!

I was 2 year classroom student in Aakash institute last year in neet 2021 i got 467 marks and 40 marks in physics but in drop year I decided to join physics wallah i started seeing lectures of MR sir completed whole syllabus and in this year Neet 2022 i got 630 marks and 165 marks in physics. I'm very thankful to Alakh Pandey sir who provided best faculty for physics.

Quality of teachers matter a lot in edtech companies because that is the important USP of such company. In case of Byju's, Byju himself used to teach and he was good at it. His partner, Santosh was very good in teaching verbal and according to me, was more important to Byju. However, a few years later I saw that Santosh was no longer associated with Byjus and that quality of teaching in Byju has declined.

I am currently a student at Allen. I have some observations regarding this coaching scenario.
Before 2 months, My Physics Teacher at Allen Nagpur left Allen and joined PW. The new teacher came who is not that experienced, I was facing problem in Physics. But I bought Arjuna JEE batch in PW for Just 1950Rs(using coupon and 2nd October offer).
I really started enjoying Physics with Rajwant Sir of PW.
Most of classmates at Allen have purchased PW. Affordability is the main cause, everyone is moving towards PW.
I'm also preparing for neet from allen...I'm in achiever batch but in my class none of the allenite has purchased PW🙄

I am from Nepal. Watching his videos of physics and chemistry, I got very good marks in high school. I started loving physics so much that I eventually made into National team of International Physics Olympiad. Someday, I dream of touching his feet and saying him thank you. The debt is too high for me to repay,and thousands of students have benefitted from PW from my batch at Nepal, alone.

I m a student of 2020 batch...a student,who was very poor in studies.
From December 2019(4 months before boards)...i started studying physics from alakh sir(i had already done coaching from chemistry).
Now...fast forward to July 2020... when results came,i got 86% marks in total, which was above average for me.
I got 94 marks in physics and only 60 in chemistry.
That's the impact of Alakh Sir.♥️
I also got 94 in physics because of alakh sir overall 92%

I think the last problem you talked about ie Alakh Pandey himself, this is really a very good point. Bcoz Byju Ravendran and unacademy founders were also very very famous during their time , they had to book full auditoriums to give lectures. Same like Alakh Pandey.
And now since they are not teaching from many years , hardly new generation students know about them & they are no longer star teachers.
I think Alakh Pandey knows this problem & will be planning to step in teaching again.
Even if physicswallah needed support in future due to any problem.
I shall support him in every way possible because he a very special place in my life and my journey as a competitive exam aspirant.

Physics Wallah will also face the same problems Byjus is currently facing after a point of time.
I have seen byjus grow up from one seminar taking teacher to a taboo company. PW is following a similar trajectory. The only difference is that PW has a case study to see while Byjus made the untapped market. If focus in on small steps and strong broad base, it can also reach new heights.

I agree that some teachers left PW but still alakh sir is trying and is providing the best teachers from kota and many renowned institute who are very much qualified and experienced. There can be ups and downs but alakh sir will manage them, we believe him. Others can think PW as a company but students can't.
PW is not only because of alakh sir, other teachers are together making PW an emotion to us❤ and also the mindset of alakh sir to introduce this type of education is so down to earth, atleast he took the initiative ❤✨

I'm not aspirant of jee/iit or neet but i have seen many videos of alakh sir and his teachers, all are very supportive, encouraging, entertaining and skilled. i appreciate alakh sir and Khan sir, both are the revolutioner of whole education system especially competitive exams, they've bridged the gap between the rich and the poor in terms of education, if anyone has potential to crack the exam you will definitely crack one and make dream come true such a affordable price.
Truely speaking as student , the free content that Alakh pandey provides us in the youtube is 5 times better than my local tution teachers. So , he is really helping many students like me ❤

Physics wallah actually bought such a revolution and it blows my mind that physics wallah has helped so much student understand concept which they don't get in school. I wished if it existed during my time. I believe if other coaching apps also reduce their price extremely for neet pg then it would be amazing, the price keeps on increasing almost like everytime. i live in kota and i know any allen teachers were offered crores of rupees infact 30 teachers were bought in 100 crore imagine how pw haveearned so much money

One thing that we as Indians aren't able to overcome is the obsession over exams. Exam is just a medium, here we treat exams as aims. Aims should be like understanding the subjects for the sake of making contributions in the relevant field, not cracking an exam. I don't understand why it's so hyped. We aren't making progress in proportion to how obsessed we are with these exams. Something is definitely wrong. We need to learn for the sake of making things better, not for the sake of cracking an exam. I thought online education would revolutionize education, but we're doing exactly the same thing.
These Institutes are not encouraging students to learn science, they are encouraging students to crack exams. They need to point the heads of their students towards learning science, not towards IIT. The same applies to civil services, point the head of students towards CIVIL SERVICES, not UPSC as an exam. Point heads towards medical science, not NEET. Tumare kitab padhne ka motivation, learning hona chyn exam nai yar.

From 2k19 I started watching Alakh sir , as tutors are moving so fast through chapters and my backlogs were increasing day by day ... but with Alakh sir I strengthen my concepts ... Still At now I was watching sir's Lecture ... He is 🙂❤️ If one day I meet him I Would Touch his feet 😉💥
