Go for industry, like machine tools, electronic computing, etc. Start building Civilian Factories until about '38, then go heavily on Synthetic Refineries, and Military Factories. Keep your industry up to date, as well as other technologies. Train Cavalry Divisions, then convert them into infantry. When you go to war with poland, You should have a whole army of Infantry. Divert one army (24 Divisions each army) to the French Border, one Army to the Konigsberg pocket, and the rest of the Infantry to the big border you have with Poland. Make an Offensive line to the end of Poland and start. Make sure to take Danzig before the Poles take it. Close off the sea access (The two tiles that allow the Poles to trade) by taking them.
To everybody, yes this is actual footage, I am a terrible HOI4 player BUT I managed to conquer Warsaw and Paris but my armies weakened and I failed.
