Our kids take the pentavite vitamins (comes in a liquid and a gummy) every day as well as vitamin d. We also add bone broth, garlic and tumeric and immune powder in most meals :)
Armaforce is great if they are sick to bosst the immune system, it's not cheap but definitely worth it. They are only sold at pharmacies.
Not sure if it helps but if they do get sick, theyre over it quite quickly..thank God!

My kids all like those vitamin immune defence that you got... not sure how much it helps but better than nothing! I also give them the chewable vitamin c which they don't like as much

Hi I'm new to your channel. My son takes sambacol gummies which really helps with immune booster. He also takes a natures way multivitamin gummies with veggies as he's a fussy eater. He is barely sick. We have a 5 year old boy and a 9 week old baby girl

I give my son Voost kids multivitamin which dissolves in a glass of water. I know he is starting the day hydrated. They make an immunity one too. No vitamin for daughter as she eats a more varied diet. I don’t do gummies as kids are tempted to have extra “lollies”. I have Ease-a-cold kids chewable (zinc, c, echinacea etc) on hand to take at the very first sign of a cold .
I take adults Cenovis immunity (echinacea, garlic, zinc and c) and Comvita olive leaf extract at the first sign of a cold or if I’m starting to feel run down. We tend to get over anything quickly.

Great to have you back, love the hauls. We have the same vitamins plus the sugar free multi vitamin from the same brand. I also give my 5 yo inner health immune boost drink every morning also really good. All the best, this winter season so far is brutal 😷

My girls have a multivitamin gummy as well as a zinc/vitamin c gummy. So much sickness at daycare and school lately I think it helps. They have still been getting a runny nose but I like to tell myself that if they weren’t using the vitamins they’d be much sicker and staying sick for longer
