What the best way to get the old broken window clips off the glass ?? That factory glue is super strong

Have a question. I have a 2008 Iszui truck my handle regulator is real hard to raise and lower
I had a dealer to lubricant the tracks and the regulator and it didn't help
Would replacing the regulator make it easier to raise and lower?
