Removing milk, simple sugars and bread fixed a lot of my stomach and skin issues. I also only drink soda maybe 1-2 times per year during holidays.
My body is telling me to do the same but w milk, bread and cheeses🥺
I was a very early bloomer I got my period at 10 years old but that is common amongst the women in my family, the way my mouth drop when you said you got your period at the age of 6🥺 that must’ve been very hard for you at that young age.
I was mortified 😭😭 but 10 is pretty early too. Shout out to all the early bloomers 🥺💖✨

I need so much left I’m literally going though everything you described high blood pressure, extreme anxiety/stress through the roof from my life being such a mess at the moment, over weight (getting that together I’ve lost quite a bit😁), vitamin D deficiency, IBS and PCOS symptoms I literally felt like you were my twin watching this😂 I’m so happy you brought up how essential vitamin d is for your hormones. My periods have been irregular my whole life I recently found out my vitamin D levels were basically nonexistent after I got that together my periods came back regularly after a few years of not having a period at all I wish more women knew about this.
@@tonilangfordsometimes the increasing your vitamin intake refraining from sugar and taking a 30-40 minute walk every other day helps with these problems I went to an endocrinologist and some of these things she recommended actually helped and even with my anxiety to an extent ❤

Imma take it an inch further and I know it's alot of changes. Clean up your laundry, all personal care products and household cleaning products. Ditch plastic food containers and go with glass. Pls share that salad dressing recipe too🙏🏾😘

I Gave up milk ,it was very hard ,my favorite drink has always been milk ...I got rid of alot of swelling in my lower legs and heartburn/feeling overfull, with just that change change happened within days ...you can become lactose intolerant as an adult ....try elimination one food until you find the one that is causing you problems
This is so true. I only drink natural coconut milk
I feel like milk is the cause of a lot of inflammation issues. I only drink coconut and almond milk, I avoid cow's milk like the plague.
Oat milk rice milk and almond are better alternatives and even coconut milk to use for cooking

omg yes please do a video on natural deoradants, soaps and things like that. I've been on my all natural journey and a huge setback is my scent. I've tried making little midnight kitchen formulas (such as lemon peels in water🤦🏾♀️) instead of using traditonal western soap bars such as dove and gurl, i'm walking around here looking greasy and crazy. please help! I wanna be all natural and healthy without smelling like I just walked out the gym. I am very feminine but smell anything but😞
Bentonite clay masks on the underarms can help with the transition from conventional to natural deodorant! Might take daily for a few days or few weeks, depends on the person
The video many of us needed. Confirmation on 💯 I cut out alcohol, negative music, meat/processed food, to name a few things. I use organic and natural deodorant, feminine wash, toothpaste and mouthwash, shea butter, and shampoo (bar) for my locs. Karine is on point. She mentioned a lot of things I’m doing. So glad to hear her speak on the same things and on this topic overall. Please do a part #2.
I wish I didn't like chocolate as much. I am currently working on my gut issues via diet and herbs. Diet is a big trigger. My main symptom is with my sinus. Its very true that you don't worry about your diet when you are slim... Until the health problems start knocking at your door. The way you eat also has to do with how you were raised. My parents cared more about making me gain weight... Especially my father, he used to give me Coca Cola for breakfast, along with a bunch of fatty foods. He had a bid sweet tooth so he didn't mind giving us sugar. There are a lot natural sunscreen, yes. You have to be careful with the ingredients in the beauty products... there are also better time frames to be in the sun when it is not as harmful.

@@TheMilliaC I used Kroeger Herb - Wormwood combination. I got it off Amazon. I also watched what I ate for 2 weeks, No sugar, no bread or anything processed 🙂 I also snacked on organic pepitas seeds (green ones - organic no salt or oils) and drank coconut water aside from regular water.

Recently, I discovered I have PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), which is not PCOS, but a different kind of nightmare 😭💀. I realize I need to change up my habits and consumption. I'm trying to find more holistic ways to treat it, besides the commercial methods. I can't wait to hear about your tips and see what I could incorporate. Please do a video on natural sunscreen! I suffered from hyperpigmentation in the past and thought sunscreen helped with it. The hyperpigmentation is not as bad now due to diet changes , but I would love to know sources for natural sunscreens and deodorants ❤

Thanks for the enlightenment. I got a lot from this. I really don't like the idea of a Fit Bit for privacy reasons. But, I'll give it another look. Waiting for part 2. I've noticed lately that my body is not allowing my "sneaky" favorite foods anymore and certain cheese. Which I LOVEEEEEE cheese so its been hard to cut that out. Crazy, I've never had a problem with my skin. My skin is AMAZINGG but I want to fully get rid of the other foods so I deleted all my food delivery apps and looking for more recipes to cook and going back to juicing as I miss it tbh. And I have been changing things I've been listening and watching as well and I have been noticing a difference
for your teas, hopefully its ceylon cinnamon and not regular. Difference is too much regular cinnamon can mess up your liver. Ceylon cinn. helps with insulin resistance. Regular cinn has its benfit but not to be consumed frequently
Im the spring of 2023 I was super stressed and depressed and anxious and I was snacking a lot at night while I would study and I would go to sleep like at 2 am and then go to school. I was eating so much junk food. I ended up becoming gluten and dairy intolerant. I am 7 months primarily gluten and dairy free and my cystic acne has gone away. I prioritize my sleep and I have been working on my mental health. I have been using tretinoin to get rid of acne scars. But my skin feels so much better.
I've been a night worker for 12 yrs & lived in a northern state. I had no idea how much damage was doing.
I had to get a $50 rx for vit D. Never Again! I make sure a get a high IU vitamin & take them several times a week

I cut out so much stuff!!! Like bread, sodas and junk foods. I'm proud to say that I NEVER consumed any alcoholic beverages but I used to eat certain things that I had no business eating. I used to do Pizza Hut mcdonald's breakfast foods, hot sausages with chili and cheese! Girl! I was BAD! Until I realized that I wasn't feeling all that great. That's when I started making drastic changes and now at 40, I feel and look better. I go to the gym 3 hours a day 5 days a week. I love power walking and running for long periods of time preparing all my meals at home. All healthy food 😋

Eat more fat ,protein and fibre satiety is key and remove every sugary products from your home just remind yourself everytime that it's not worth

Hey sis! This was very helpful. What are the dates good for? I was recently talking to a friend and she mentioned the first deception was made with food! The devil deceiving Eve. Food is such a difficult thing to manage for many people. I was recently on a fast. No sugar or carbs, made my own date syrup. Took a small taste of a donut and fell back in now I'm reducing my sugar intake again. Im definitely going to share this with my younger family members. I also didnt like water as a child but I now try to drink a gallon a day. Please please do a part two!
