  • At Buntwani 2021, in a meeting between CSOs and Funders, keynote speaker, Professor PLO Lumumba candidly spoke about how philanthropy has become an industry (that is made to endure indefinitely), contributed to the creation of a situation where Africans are disempowered and now suffer from the "cargo cult mentality", enslaved in subtle ways such that that they cannot think for themselves. Prof. Lumumba calls for Africans to create their own development paradigm with African philanthropy.

You are very strong and you have very big brain than stomach. I remember our former PM in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 Meles Zenawi talk when he was asked IMF and World Bank to construct GERD dam, they immediately refused, that means they help not for the sake of our development bug their benefit, by their principle " No loss, no Gain" and Ethiopia started to construct it they not admired us instead they tell us that they can "bomb down it" That is it!!!!

Brilliant Prof.you are to Africa what Magufuli was to Tanzania. Thank you for your bravery. PS: This was 2 years ago unfortunately Kenya is completely now under the NWO thanks to decades of UN agencies and the philanthropy industry! What is now urgent is an exit strategy.

I believe there is a way to communicate this greeting in your own mother tongue. Africans should know that arabic ain't our language, it is the language of people who stole our land and drove us in all directions of our continent. I mean no offense.

Dambisa Moya makes this same argument in her book "Dead Aid". The time is nearing
Waiting on a train platform for its arrival seems like an eternity, but as it approaches the speed at which it now passes lightning-fast - hopefully, this analogy can be attributed to Africa once there is the unification of minds.

Dambisa Moyo is sold out a long time ago. She is part of the World Economic Forum and has been promoting the dystopic NWO.

To define is to posited such that the opposite of what has been posited is excluded. In this perspective the philanthropic act is by definition an act that is contrary to colonial act. Because the philanthropic act is that act that is not determined by an objective intention to obtain a profit. This why the one who does philanthropic acts cannot legally be qualified as a trader, because a trader is one who does the trade acts and a trade act is the act that is carried with the intention of profit. In this perspective if the issue is why decolonizing philanthropy is good for everyone, then the subject weren't philanthropy. We are dealing with an issue of denomination, we name philanthropy, we use the word philanthropy to refers to contents which are different from philanthropy. Words refer to implicit and explicit contents.

Aid can not change much at all in long term. A critical view is necessary, a reassessment must be welcomed. Not just keep praising the rich foreigner at all times. African villages need bigger things than basics. If and when something bigger than basics is offered you might see a true goodwill. If these aid organizations are made accountable to goverments there could be better outcomes, change the structure of operation in favor of African underprivileged.

A clone of America? Africa was Africa before the white man came. We must abandon the Western way of life as we continuously copy them and then imitate their progress. We must revisit aspects of our ancient cultures that worked. Restoration of our empires and monarchy systems of government. We must bring democracy to an African traditional level that will confuse the white man. Only then will they not see us coming. We must first change our leaders.
