Will the buttercream dry out and wont stick if i want to wrap it in a cello bag?

It will be fine, as long as you leave it enough time to set and you have a good buttercream which sets firm on the outside and is soft on the inside (iv'e put my recipe i use in there) then the cello bag shouldn't stick. xx

They're absolutely gorgeous and a great tutorial too! I do have a question though... I assume this frosting doesn't dry up so how would you package them in little cellophane bags to take them to a party place without ruining them? You mentioned party bags or favours... How would that work?

Hi I make my frosting 1 part butter to 2 parts icing sugar and then add flavours, I whip it up for quit a while so it’s really fluffy when I use it but then once set it’s hard enough to package and I transport them carefully without standing them on top of each other. Does that make sense.? X
