Hell yeah! We are at 42.5k miles right now so we have roughly 15k miles on the downpipe. No complaints at all! Emily may consider installing another resonator since we took the oem one out but even then it isn’t something we feel we need to do.
@@KDMStation nice!! Yeah I’m at 55k now and I think I’ve had it on my car for about 10k miles as well. I do think that resonator delete has made it ridiculously loud lol but like you said there really is no need to put the resonator back on
Great video! I did my sxth downpipe at 600 miles, replaced the stock studs with titanium and didnt have much trouble but I did it in my garage with my dad on quick jacks and I had to email sxth for instructions because at the time no one had videos or anything on installing it, took us a whole day, we didnt drop the sub frame, just took off the lower engine mount and the shield thats over the subframe, it took a while to get the old dp out but it was well worth all the work. stage 2 pop tune with e30 runs great
it definitely takes a lot of finessing to get that bad boy out 😂 props to you for doing this in a driveway. I wish I would have uploaded this awhile back but I thought I deleted some of the footage and it was buried in another folder. This is for sure one of the best mods we have done for the EN.
@@KDMStation probably the best DP you could buy too! Unfortunate they won’t make anymore. Haha I really did not expect it to be so difficult so it was a very big surprise, every other mod has been so easy compared to it.
You know if SXTH will make a catless DP? Im going to go with the N75 flame tune on, but you need a catless. been holding off seeing if SXTH will make one
Honestly I don’t think a lot of big companies selling to the us market will be making catless due to the EPA. The only catless options I know of is maintec.
@@KDMStation awesome. I plan on getting a open air intake, turbo inlet, blow off valve, oil catch can, HPFP, catted down pipe and a tune. Hopefully I can push 340whp with that
@jamespaek11 unfortunately sxth doesn’t sell their down pipe anymore. But it wasn’t overpriced by any means. Xforce makes a quality downpipe for our cars as well. I’m running it on my veloster n. The res delete was $60 local from an exhaust shop.
Due to our emissions testing having a visual inspection, it’s easier to pass with this since it’s under the heat shield it can pass as oem still. Hi-Flo cats have come a long way and this can make upwards of 400whp which is within our power goals.
@@dubstepzz1274 I have an xforce on my vn. I honestly didn’t like that you have to run the adapter just to make it fit. And the xforce is notorious for causing the valve cover to burn if on wot a lot. So i just didn’t want to have the thought on the back of my mind lol. That would be the only other downpipe i’d switch over too. Shark racing quality doesn’t look appealing or long lasting and afe came out late. We got this back in November last year. I’m just super late to finally posting this 😭
This video is about a year old lol. I have a video that I’ll be posting soon with the update and story on what happened. The en is back on the road and everything is good.
IMO the extra pops and gurgles don’t sound appealing at all. They are too bunched together sounding like firecrackers going off. Emily loves it with this set up.
Really wish they still had these available!! Good stuff Henry and Emily!
I know hopefully they do another batch of these bad boys! Appreciate the love ❤️
Awesome video! I’ve had the SXTH DP on my car for about 6 months now and it’s been amazing! I also love that normal mode is still pretty quiet

@KonaNthusiast hell yeah putting those miles on 💪🏽 it’s such a great sounding setup 🤤

this is sick! glad to see you back at it, brother
Yay! You're back!
crackling and popping like that at only 2500 rpm is nuts!
Some of the pops you can get from shifting from 1st to 2nd quick is amazing lol
Glad you are back.
Glad to be back on the grind ❤️

That sounds absolutely magnificent!
Once that stock exhaust goes away the fun begins
😎👍
We’ve had it on for about a year now 🙌🏽 it’s been great with no isssues.

What at the size of the o2 sensor so I can get a socket for it
They make an o2 sensor socket with an indentation for the wire to get through. A regular socket won’t work.
Will a catted Downpipe make loud bangs like this?
This is a catted downpipe so it should be very similar.

What exhaust and other modification did you add to make the exhaust loud?
The only exhaust mods done is the sxth catted downpipe and a resonator delete.
are these expensive?@@KDMStation
And where can I find these resonator delete and SXTH catted downpipe@@KDMStation

So there selling it again I had looked a week ago and it wasn’t on there website
Lol this video was from last November 😭 we were one of the first to get it and install just never got around to a video for the tube.
Nice, but slightly disappointed you didn't bang off the limiter during the drive. :(
What size optimum battery is that?
It’s a yellow top h6 🙏🏽
How much will concept 3 install mine for 😅
I believe its a 3-4 hour labor charge. Don't quote me but I would definitely hit them up on ig for a quote!

@KDMStation That makes sense ! Any reason for going with sxth over other brands?

Yea idk why anyone would opt for more pops over stock tune. It pops enough from factory lol. Not paying $250 plus for extra pops

Dont do this in California 😂
