화이팅👍
It really is a fun machine 🙏🏽
My 1st VN had the Turbo Tech Racing rear mount, and it felt soooo much better than stock. Now, after that 1st VN got totaled, Ive been wanting to do the same, so I just ordered the Boomba Rear Mount, but after watching your video, I have buyers remorse since I actually still have the OEM mount feom the 1st VN that I could use with stiff bushings. I guess I can do both and make some comparisons! Thanks H-dawg, hope you two are doing well!
Nice recap! I got both of the ones you mentioned for the Elantra N (top engine mount and lower torque mount bushings both from powerflex) but went with the purple performance to minimize NVH. Haven't installed them yet but glad to hear you're not getting wheel hops anymore, gives me more faith!👍
Your going to love it. Even with the black I feel like the nvh isn’t bad so the purple would be a perfect balance.
@@KDMStation I thought white line only made the 75 poly lower bushings? If that’s the case the purple powerflexy are rated at 80 and stiffer.
@@ptiscool3334 I found these secondhand so I couldn’t be picky on the durometer ratings lol. But eventually I’ll upgrade the dogbone bushing as well.
Hey, just wanted to follow up here since I got them installed! I'm noticing some NVH and was curious if these have a break in period?
@@burblen7818 I hear it settles some but others say you get used to it. I have the purple lower mount bushings but haven’t installed them yet. How much worse is the nvh for you?
Surprised you didn't just buy all Powerflex bushes🤔 I have the 3 seperate ones waiting to go into my EN as soon as the weather breaks😇
Only bought these cause I found them extremely cheap on Facebook marketplace. The goal will to eventually have all Powerflex suspension bushings installed.
Same here.
I got the black one too, it literally eliminated the wheel hop. I think purple you still get a little bit. Vibration seattles down after 2days of driving it or i just got used to it lol.
Yeah exactly lol it’s really not that that bad. Had a fun run with a model 3 from a dig. He still got me off the line but the amount of distance I used to be off the line has dramatically decreased lol.
great video as always :)
Appreciate the support 🙏🏽
That's all you need is new bushings a bit stiffer than stock. The mount for the bushings is about as pretty and strong as anything else out there. You could take them off like the bottom one and paint them the colour of your choice.
Whats the difference between the purple and black powerflex upper bushings?
Durometer (hardness) is the main difference.
Let’s go!
What’s up Henry I just ordered mine can you install mine for me 😂😂 see you soon.
lmao see you soon 🙏🏽
whats the benifits of mounts over bushes?
In all honesty I don’t think upgrading to a different lower mount would do much if you were to upgrade the dogbone bushing as well. But the upper mount still has a stock bushing that’s being left untouched when we add the bushing from powerflex on top. An aftermarket mount for the top would be to utilize a proper bushing where the oem one is.
