Can you guys take a look at the Esse Bakeheart and make a bigger version for the US market?
That thing is dynamite: it serves as a wood stove but also a cooker, oven and grill too. My problem is that they only have 1 distributor in North America, plus there's no catalytic option.

Are you burning with the trap door in the back open or closed?

My new intrepid has air intake issues. Doesn't get very hot, smolders out fires. Went through the manual 5 times. Tried four different loads of wood. Any suggestions?

If closed...burn for an hour open then close trap. Stove needs to be good and hot before closing.
