OC SHORTZ my man big thank you as always we all highly appreciate you and your knowledge sir . I’m not telling you what to do but please any more on the Persico family 👊🏼
There are a couple things that most alleged mob hits have in common. The victim or victims went to their demise willingly. They weren't ambushed in the street or hunted down; they went to a meet, and then got bum rushed by like, at least half a dozen guys who they thought of as friends. Faust/Frosty Novino survived one of these textbook mob murders by shooting his way out of it, and the various accounts of the Novino saga give some really clutch, nitty gritty details about how these hits were orchestrated. If you haven't done a video about him or this incident, you should.
@@OCSHORTZ Don't mention it; it's both a pleasure and a privilege to be of service. Michael F. Rizzo's book Gangsters and Organized Crime in Buffalo: History, Hits and Headquarters is poorly edited and what not, but it has a lot of useful information and pictures, including an account of Novino's escape from a textbook Buffalo mob hit. Starts on page 161. A lot of alleged Buffalo mob hits from the late 50s through the 80s were consistently brutal and sadistic.
@@OCSHORTZ exactly. His murder wasn't out of character, that appears to have been the norm for about thirty or forty years in Buffalo. If you read the old police blotters and news articles, let alone the actual police files, it becomes really clear that extremely horrific violence was like, the go to response.
@@OCSHORTZ Check out the murder of Charles Gerass in 1965. Hogtied and left in the trunk of his Cadillac in a shopping center parking lot that nowadays is directly across the street from the Town of Tonawanda Police Department. A cop even inspected the car once or twice before the body was finally "discovered."
Interesting post. I listened during work this morning. Not the same as sitting down and watching. I missed the interaction but still very interesting, better than listening to music
Another good one from OC. Well researched as usual. While it was disturbing and uncomfortable to listen to, it brings reality to real mob life rather than glamorize it like movie industry has done. Question: John Gotti had a young son that was accidentally hit by a car and killed. Even though the driver was not at fault he later turned up missing. I read one account that Gotti insisted on carrying out the hit himself and the depravity of the actual killing is beyond description. Is that true or just an urban myth? Gotti has been made a folk hero of sorts by the film industry wearing glamours suits and drinking expensive Italian wine, but if true, this murder was the work of a true psychopath. Have you studied or made a video on this? I would like to know more.
@@MIKIEEYEZ1975 Thanks for the input. I read an account that said Gotti insisted on doing the killing himself and used a chainsaw while the guy was still conscious. I had always thought of Johnny G as a street thug degenerate gambler, that got promoted one level above his competency and not a psychopathic serial killer that thrived on gore. John was dark, but not that dark. lol.

@@OCSHORTZ how are you doing James . Are you familiar with the botched murder of sun and father business men peraines family a 94 year old x nun a head blown off with a Shotgun allegedly by Jimmy Angelina and big Sal they tried to ambush the Father and Son and they ran into a random House and was followed in they only managed to kill the sun poor 94 year old Veronica my sources tell me that franzese was Eva The Getaway driver or he got rid of the two cars involved by taking them to ROy demeo. Are you aware of this and could you do a show on angelino and put franzese in it as much as possible he is doing his UK tour next month I like to go and put some questions to him but I'm not paying 200 quid see this guy just just on principle
@@darrenmcg97 I don't Franzese would be interested in answering my questions as I have my doubts on his claims that he was inducted in 1975
James please look up Veronica zarow. This is new stuff mafia fandom something like that FBI transcripts. Big Sal was convicted of the murder this was in 82 the Columbo hierarchy was all in jail. Angelina was pretty much running it and franzese was second it's inconceivable I think he has nothing to do with that is guilty under the Rico act by Association. James we just look it up even if you don't want to act on it and just give me your opinion and remarks respect James good evening
Hello oc hope your having a good weekend pal 👌
I'm good thanks pal. Rooting for your boys to stay up.

@@OCSHORTZ great content as usual really enjoyed the last 2 vids keep it up 👍
Please do a video on the purple gang the Bronx crew... or the 22 hitters the crew supposedly led by Gigante
I have covered the .22 Caliber Hitters in a previous video - ua-cam.com/video/QIJ1QaTOJEk/v-deo.html
When you have Grandma accustomed to the murders that's when you know you're dealing with Evil people 🙄
And Richie the boot looks like Robert Michael moynihan from Saturday night live playing a mobster in a skit 😂😂😂
From now on, if anybody comes in, wakes you up and asks where he can find some rope and an ice pick, go for a walk, treat yourself to dinner at a nice restaurant, then have a few drinks at the bar. Just Don’t. Go. Back. To. Sleep.😳
Yet another banger of a video, from the best mob channel on YT!
Thank you Tony. That is very kind of you to say.
Great job as usual but please do more Chicago stories especially the Giancana years. Hell Nitti had Anton Cermak the mayor of Chicago hit. And got away with it!
Say James...I just rewatched your Video about Vario Associate "Pete the Killer" who was briefly shown in that scene in the movie GOODFELLAS. If you recall, Michael Franzese is even shown in the restaurant, albeit being portrayed by an actor. I was wondering....would it be possible to find out if any of these other characters were genuine?...and if some are, can you tell us anything about them?? Everyone always remembers the guy who said things twice, :"Go get the Papers, the Papers!"! Please let me know James! Have a great Week and Happy Easter to you as well! Oh BTW...nice video James!!
Thanks Mark. I may well do a Goodfellas Vs Real life comparison video at some point soon.
@@OCSHORTZ Great James!! That would be a "Jolly Good SHOW"!
ANOTHER GOOD ONE MOE…
Thanks pal. I hope all is well with you.
Ah Good. Another 14 min of the best of humanity....
