    My model is: WD80K5B10OX/EU.
I can get to test mode but when I go through the test settings my machine stops and the screen displays dc3. I have put on child lock and tried again but same thing. Can anyone please help. The machine was working fine a couple of days ago 😢

WW90TA046AE/EU can get to AS BUT NO OPTIONS TO TEST only CR on far right (ECOBUBBLE) and something about the delay on (temp)....one of my pumps is making a humming noise, im thinking recirculation pump just wanted to set before pulling it apart

Okay we ran the Test but on 7 it's not draining and it's not fully spinning up to 1000 . So does that mean the drain pump.isnt working

Most likely yes the pump doesn’t work

Finally, I couldn't find anything that worked for my model. I couldn't select through them though, had to press the start button and it ran through them one by one.

On my Samsung WW70J4233KW test mode is:
    1. Turn on
    2. Turn dial to select "Wool"
    3. Use "Delay End" button to show "17h"
    4. Press and hold "Start" button
    5. Display shows "As"
My machine had a no drain pump problem (fills but won't drain so no spin etc)
To test the drain pump select test 7
You can hear the relay that activates the pump click, but the pump won't spin
Checked for power at the drain pump, only 17V AC on the end of the pump wires (pump disconnected) and pump test selected (should be 240V)
Applied 240V AC to pump via test lead, pump runs OK, so pump is not jammed, overheated etc
Now trace power for the drain pump back to main PCB via two leads, blue lead goes to neutral & tests ok, purple lead goes to CNP401 pin 3 & tests OK
So problem is on main PCB (dc41-00251), probably one of the relays nearby (RY402, RY403 & SSR402) has bad contacts
Check (figure out) which relay supplies power to the drain pump, use meter with needle probes to pierce potting & contact PCB
    Not RY403 that's connected to pin 5 of CNP401
I can hear a click when the drain pump is activated, that rules out SSR402 since it's a solid state relay with no moving parts
So, RY402 (type HF46F 12V coil) looks like it's the relay that supplies 240V AC to the drain pump, or not, in this case
I cut just the top off the end of the relay (opposite the the two notches) to expose the power contacts, through the hole that was cut I can see the two contacts, they're blackened & pitted
Use a needle point multimeter probe to push the contacts, pump comes on, relay is definitely defective
Change out relay, pump now operates normally, job done
    😀

Hi, thanks a lot for this, I managed to get it in test mode. I need to check whether the heating is actually working, we have strong feeling it always stays cold. No errors... Does anyone have a tip how to test this? Should I put it in mode 6 to see if it gets warm?

6 tests the heater motor and eco bubble if that fails to bring up errors use a Cotton 95c and see if it gets warm if not then definitely contact Samsung

i don’t know if yours have this other service mode, but i need to turn it on, then back off, then hold spin and smart control and turn it on, it will go to quick automatic test, turn it back off, hold options and smart control and turn it on. all the lights will come on and everything i know is TST (fill, tumbles, ecobubble, drain) and SPN (spin 1400rpm)

Mine keep going on UC mode, how do I fix this

    • @washerlad306
      @washerlad306  2 роки тому

9C1 or UC Error is related to the excessive
fluctuation of the power supply voltage. You
may do the following to check and fix the issue:
Switch off the washing machine and unplug the
power cable from the power source and power it
on again and start a new washing program
      again.
