I thought the same thing for a split second. I for some reason thought it was an on ramp. I will admit. I just ride, I don't do this type of exhibition speed. I'm in my mid 40's and I am still scared of my 1125R, and I've taken my 1190RX out twice so far, and this bike scares me even more. I don't need to prove anything. But these guys sure do have some big ones. Gotta give it to em'.

It's funny how alot of these guys are saying stuff like, dude you're getting passed up by 600's and shit. If I'm not aware of my distance and surroundings with 50 other bike maniacs on the road doing 100+, I'd be a little shy on the throttle also. My 1125R has hit 170 mph, I only do this speed when I work early overtime. I'm on the road at 0330 in the morning, heading to work. Mind you also, my 1125 has just two upgrades, the ECM and the exhaust and that's it. And this bike will hit this speed on the dark road and no intersecting roads for about a mile and a half. Then I'm awake and I slow down because now there's a traffic light. So, with that in mind. I'm sure that the 1190 isn't a top speed bike. It's a pull out of a corner hitter. But this bike in the video sounds stock. Imagine, like all of the other bikes passing the 1190........ Imagine the 1190 with upgrades. I'm sure it will do justice. My 1190 scares me and that's with the traction control on 3. Which is close to off, as compared to when the day I bought it, it was on 16. I think it goes to 20. And 20 is the most governed. Zero is unleashed. I'm scared........ Yes, I said it, I'm scared. I don't see that well at my age anymore. Had Lasik on my eyes. See better, but I still can't see that far ahead to distinguish speed and distance of an object whilst I'm hittin 145mph. I'm scared and I don't like to break the law like that on a daily basis. So, I gotta give it to these bigger, brassed balls of men or kids. They got em. When I was 18-20 I was pullin wheelies, and shit like that, because I was invincible and a know it all young punk. Now, in my mid 40's. I'm hitting a somewhat mid life crisis. I want these toys before I die. And it's these toys that's prolly gonna kill me. How ironic huh?

+Patrick Hatrick Its fast but the most difficult bike to squeeze all the power out of.The gearing is short and it revs fast in some gears but not in others.Ive gotten better at pushing it and ran with other 1000cc and its comparable but i havent topped it out yet.I suspect the top end is weaker than inline 4

moving up in the rear will lower the top speed but makes you get to speed faster

Awesome, but how do you guys get away with riding like this? There are cops everywhere, from city to county to state patrol, not to mention off-duty cops. They use Radar, Lidar, Sonar, helicopters, drones, etc., then you have everybody with phones to rat you out! Amazing you can ride these bikes as intended!

Sweet Daddy This bike does have a weak top end but i let off the throttle constantly in this video.Its faster than a 6 but slower top end than other 1000cc

The only reason to get a Buell was that it was a Harley that handled well. Now that it just looks and sounds like every other sportbike it’s just an unreliable Honda.

Okay I can't be passive with this, are you not aware that there are plenty of people on the road who feel offended and enraged when bikers like you cut us off. When I see people cutting me off while driving sports bikes, I feel that they are telling me that I am beneath them, and they don't have to wait in traffic like I do, or they don't have to wait behind me while I decided if it's safe to turn or not. I am nothing against sports bikes, but it seems that almost every driver I come across, they come off as bullies or impatient people who belittle and cut off other drivers.

Bee Kendricks LOL well thanks i actually love the sound..And also their are two sounds.The the injectors and the exhaust. What you hear in this video are the injectors right inside the gas tank (it's actually an airbox.)The exhaust has a different sound that you can't hear in my videos except one I took down doing a flyby.I am getting an exhaust ua-cam.com/video/xgkZFRGhTAE/v-deo.html but you will still probably not hear it in my vids except at low speeds.
This is actually one of if not the best bikes I've ridden.it does lack top end.i would do motorwork but is so rare I don't wanna touch it.Also if you knew how heavy I am it plays a large factor lol...no I'm not telling you.😃
