Do you still grab the right breast if it is a female? If I were to save someone from choking I would want them to be comfortable whilst doing it, so would holding the shoulder or just beneath the breast suffice?
If i were u i would just put it right above the breast so that it is still near the area but not touching her breast. This maneuver is mostly about the back slapping so if u just lightly rest ur hand above it im sure it’ll be totally fine

Some yars ago I started Choking in the school's cafiteria. I didn't made any noice, I didn't show any signs. I remember eating with my frieds, joking, laghing and then bammm. I felt when a bite got sudenly sucked in. I tried to breath in slowely but I felt that I can't. I didn't panik. Then how to explain it... I started to do something like you do when you throwing up or like cats do when they throwing up their fur. And it worked. I don't rocomend to do it though. If I felt that it doesn't work, then I would have asked for help there were many students and teacher around me.
