Thank You, I enjoyed this and I just had a lovely meal of beans with veggies. Made them with tomatoes, no molasses.
Definitely, having a green or herbal teas at night have a big impact on glucose the next day .
Perhaps if we need to eat things in a specific order it points towards the fact we probably shouldn’t eat some of them at all??

I started taking fiber at night before bed with a glass of almond milk and my blood sugars are a lot better the next morning.
I'm finding having a psyllium husk drink as I cook my meals great on so many levels.
For me it has to be pure though. The flavoured stuff out of sachets is gross.
Is it true I have to eat a green salad before each meal?
