so i just finished the video and have you ever considered getting your brows tattooed?? you can get individual hair strokes that way and its semi permanent! no pressure, just wondering. i just finished a course learning how to create those types of brows and i am IN LOVE
That's how I do it. Bc you get the fluffiness and then ur only filling in the areas that need it. But I have faded microblading and I just follow those little lines so it's a bit easier but even so I feel it's the best way to go, the way you said..
Omg, agreed! The brow tint really helped pull together the look of the pen strokes. They look SO naturally fluffy. They just need some more practice and the addition of using a brow pencil just to lightly full out any "bald" areas of concern (like towards the tail) and use the pen as usual otherwise.
Glossier reccomends using a lighter shade in the pen and your regular shade in boy brow. Try doing that! Edit- OMGOMGOGM IVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS MANY LIKES!!!!! Thank u sm!!!!!!
@@yys8583 the 24 hour tattoo pen one. I'm not sure if that's what it's really called i don't have it on hand right now, but it's the brown one with the brush/water-colour looking tip :)
I think you should use it in conjunction with a regular brow pencil. The front is better than the tails, so use the pencil on the tails and the flick on the front
Yes i was just gonna say - use a pencil to define the brow if you want the definition and then go in with this for the natural looking brows. I don't think this is meant to define the shape but rather give you the natural hair flicks where it's needed.
Yess and use it in the opposite direction, downwards so you get the arch, the hairs come together in the tail from upwards and downwards. Hope this makes sense. I love this natural look! Using 2 colors or different type of products can help with spars areas
Me too. It's a turquoise...green...with some grayish-blue in it kind of color to me, just so mesmerizing. Ahhhh I could only imagine how amazing and interesting it would be to have colorful eyes😭
With practice, I have fallen in love with the brow flick! First I use the boy brow to give my brows volume, then I go in with the brow flick to fill in the gaps and create a better shape, and then to make sure my brows stay all day, I go in with Anastasia clear brow gel. The flick and boy brow have replaced my Anastasia brow wiz, and my brows look so much more natural!
I’m a microblading tech and it definitely looks realistic from afar. It doesn’t look bad up close, but definitely hard to get them even. I’d say give it some more practice and then update us! You’re beautiful as always 🥰
I love KJH and have been following her for two years and I feel like her brows haven't looked as good since Brow Flick came out. I know she was a consultant on the product but they were so much less harsh and more feathery with the pens she used before.
They look bushy from afar and I LOVE IT. 😂❤️ Definitely more of a natural brow, but I feel like it would take longer to do than just using a pencil or pomade! It’s not like a quick brow gel you’d throw on in a minute, it takes timeeee to get those little strokes.
I found this product to be very tricky too! Every 6th stroke is perfect and I'm forever trying to replicate it. One thing that kinda helps (though it wastes product) is to dab the felt tip on my blank palette every several strokes and also shake it periodically. Lately I'm loving my brown brow flick as an eyeliner. Yes, half the diameter of the tip would be great.
You should definitely try Soap and glory Archery in dark brown! It has a skinnier felt tip end and the other end is a pencil too, so u can do the shape and then add in the hairs too! And it's more neutral in colour too! I ❤ it
Honestly, I love these brows! They look super natural and no one is ever gunna get THAT close to your face to see. Plus now a days, everyone draws on their brows. They look more natural than your other brows 4 shoooooo
I would say just carve the natural arch and outline with the brow wiz, but go light. And then apply this product. Fill in anything that looks patchy with the brow wiz. Should be a great combo.
You have to watch Katie Jane Hughes Instagram video on this product! She does such an amazing job creating a feathery brow! Also all her videos are amazing!
I've been trying to get the hang of brow flick. I think it looks great on you. Thanks for drawing it up on your forehead. That was genius because you made it so much easier to see exactly what you were doing.
I think it looks great! Before I finished watching I was gonna suggest using the boy brow on top to help balance the darker areas. I think it’s perfect!
I haven't tried the glossier pen, BUT i used the soap and glory one for a while and i found that i got the best results from brushing my brow hairs down, and filling in downward strokes, then brushing them back up and filling in upward strokes -- hope this helps xx
I love the Urban Decay Brow Blade! It is dual-ended. Waterproof pencil on one side and the ink stain on the other side! Using a pencil and the ink stain combined is definitely necessary! Especially if you want super full looking brows. But if you’re going for a lighter look, then just using the ink stain is perfect. I also had to practice a little bit to get the hang of it, and now it’s my fav brow product!
Try tinting your eyebrows! I bought stuff and do mine once a month or so, I think based on your brows you'd really like the results and see a difference too!!
I always love your brows Kathleen! I love the feathery look and you rock it the best! The brow flick does look pretty natural. It looks good in the video at least :)
I totally needed this video! I was having the same “fat hair” issue but your tip at the beginning to apply straight on totally sorted that out. I understand why you aren’t sure how you feel about it but I absolutely love your brows after!
I still don’t know how I feel!!!!
Guys!! I’m an air sign!! Help!
so i just finished the video and have you ever considered getting your brows tattooed?? you can get individual hair strokes that way and its semi permanent! no pressure, just wondering. i just finished a course learning how to create those types of brows and i am IN LOVE
@KathleeLights You should do a video “types of people/makeup looks based on their zodiac signs” I would love to see that 😂💪🏻 I am a Capricorn ♑️!
I would brow wiz first then use the “marker”. I like the way it looks regardless though!!
I think you just need to use it a couple more times and get used to it, i think it looked relatively good!
Maybe you should conceal under your brows to get your desired shape and then use it
I legit was not expecting you to ACTUALLY paint your forehead!! 💀💀
Gabriella Andiejar lmfao me too 🤣🤣🤣
Me too 😱😂😂😂
Put the boy brow on first and fill in with the brow flick as necessary. I think that would look really good!

This is literally my brow routine and once you get the hang of it, it's amazingggg
Yes! Works amazing! These are not my combo of brow products ... but find this is totally the best method👍
Was just about to comment the same thing lol
Was gonna say some thing too
“Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.” Love that quote 💕
It’s failure* not future.. how would future make sense?

Idk if there's something wrong with me, but this is my favorite way your brows have ever looked 👀💞
SAME!

Same here. Your brows look the most natural this way. And someone once said brows should look like sisters, and not twins. 😊
Same
Honestly I LOVE the bushy and messy brow look on you so much. Maybe you’re just not used to it but I think it looks great on you.
I think your brows look really good and feathery, maybe try in combination with your brow wiz!
I feel like this is a supplementary product! Like use it in conjunction with your fave brow pencils!
Sabrina Lauer 100 % agree. I use my normal pencil just a tad and then use brow flick just to enhance a little. I don’t use it on my full brow.
Same !
I was thinking this too, good for sparse areas!
Glossier reccomends using a lighter shade in the pen and your regular shade in boy brow. Try doing that!
Edit- OMGOMGOGM IVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS MANY LIKES!!!!! Thank u sm!!!!!!
Oh my god that looks like legit hair!! So much more than any other product I’ve ever seen. SOOOOO GOOOOOOD
K palette has a better one!! :) just in case you wanted a dupe.. or more like this is a dupe of the k-palette one.
Queen Rait can i know what product of k palette you’re talking about?

that’s actually a good idea

Hellloooooo!! 💗💗💗💗
I think it looks like brow hairs.. definitely should keep practicing ☺️
I gasped when you started drawing on your face I was so caught off guard 😂😭
When you did the close ups to your brows, I couldn’t stop staring at your eyes they’re so beautiful 😭😍
I was thinking the same thing! So pretty!
Me too. It's a turquoise...green...with some grayish-blue in it kind of color to me, just so mesmerizing. Ahhhh I could only imagine how amazing and interesting it would be to have colorful eyes😭

All I can look at are Kathleen's eyes. Such a beautiful color and I can't focus on her brows. 😍

I actually feel like this product looks AMAZING. Your brows look so natural.
Have you tried like to draw them with the brow wiz. Then use the glossier.
I’m a microblading tech and it definitely looks realistic from afar. It doesn’t look bad up close, but definitely hard to get them even. I’d say give it some more practice and then update us! You’re beautiful as always 🥰
I would use this only at the front and end of the brow and shape the eyebrows with pomade and brush or brow wiz :)
They look very natural! I feel like the imperfections make it even more natural. Great for natural days.
Check out Katie Jane Hughes on IG! She uses this product all the time and has a tutorial on her IG highlights that is super helpful!
mmmarrielle yes totally I was gonna say that. She has so many tutorials using it. Almost everyday
I love KJH

mmmarrielle what’s her @?
I was just gonna say this !
You have to check out Katie Jane Hughes on IG! She has really sparse eyebrows and with this product she creates really full brows! Te lo digooooo
yes!! its crazy how full her brows look after
Yes! I was going to suggest KJH as well. Her brows look amazing after she draws them in.
She also uses another product too... I can't remember what it is, but without it, her brows look drawn on.
@@savannahsilvas6250 I think the Glossier Boy Brow afterward. She used to use the Ardell Stroke a Brow before the Glossier Flick came out.
KJH uses the blink brow gel and then brow flick! Definitely check her out.
It looks perfect to me. It’s natural and soft ❤️😌
i also feel like going in with concealer after just on the bottom will really help with the shaping.
They look bushy from afar and I LOVE IT. 😂❤️

can you make a glossier favorites or a video that shows your favorite tint or very light coverage makeup products!!!
I think she has one. Type in full face of glossier in her videos and I think one should pop up
I am in love with the result!!! You should definetely use it more often!! I think it looks extremely natural!
I love them! They look good! The whole point of this product is exactly how you used it not supposed to look fake
I personally think you did an amazing job, your eyebrows look full and nice. Don't doubt yourself too much. I love your eyebrows!

I think if you like the trend of bushy, feathery brows, then it's spot on. It especially looks good after the brow gel and your makeup done
I think it looks like brow hair and you could definitely get the hang of it!!!! What if you went and cleaned it up with concealer after
I think you're overthinking it. LOL. They look natural. :-)
I think this looks really good on you!! So natural and fluffy!!!! Love it!!!
Your brows look fabulous! Very few people will ever be looking close enough to notice the little things you don't like.
Haha you ARE an air sign!! They look good and you’re just overthinking it

...just throwin in my two cents - use your brow whiz first.
Follow the hair growth - at the arch and back, the hair growth is down.
