I am half through your video and I notice I feel better since I started taking MSM about 7 weeks ago, no more stiff joints. I'm 48 and I work out regularly, so staying active and feeling free of aches is very important to me. My neck gets stiff, and I see a chiropractor, so the combination MSM and chiropractic care has helped my tinnitus as well. I am feeling amazing and my hair is looking fuller too. Very excited of what the long term use will bring.

No but seriously, no sense reinventing the wheel...the body needs MSM plaina and simple. And if we take it, the body thanks you. Onions are high in sulfur but for obvious reasons, i feel like its easier to just take MSM internally. It helped heal me from all kinds of issues, and now years later seeing these msm videos now that i am focusing on hair growth is really just a confirmation. My hair skin and nails were amazing in the past with it (noticed all that by accident) looking forward to getting started. Cant wait for mine to het here from the mail!

I really enjoyed this challenge girl! Yes I had hair growth and achieved my length goal at bra strap and I'm now aiming for mid-back length. I'll be taking MSM for a full 3 months before taking a break. Like you, I experienced headaches and dizziness only when I was inconsistent with my water intake and had no insane growth anywhere else. How often does anyone out here use fenugreek.
I used it with infused with, aloe Vera .
    When I used MSM
I noticed nothing different no extra hair growth. It wasn't any different than how I grew my hair before. Overall my hair grew the same, I was taking a little more than a 1/4 tsp. About 1/4 and and 1/8 measurements.
I took collagen as well and vitamin C.
I also noticed, I was using the bathroom almost every 20-30 min, at least 4 hours after taking the dosing.
    I'm leaving MSM ALONE.
    I measure for 6 nos. W & w/o.
ALSO when I used the fenugreek and aloe vera conditioning spray on my hair
The extremely fine hair started to come out by the clumps at the roots, so now I have bald spots, I used this spray twice a week, the aloe is from the plant blended and strained , fenugreek as fresh as can be from the HALAL.
Is my hair or skin to sensitive? 🥺🤔

@@Serenity.within My hair was was thick and long. It took me years to get it that way. I decided to use rice water to help keep it nice. It made my hair strains stick together in lumps and it took about a month to work it all loose. That has been about a year ago and my hair is still very thin. I lost a lot of hair. My mistake could have been that I left it in too long. You have to rinse it out within a certain amount of time. If I were you I would leave it alone.
Rosemary water gave me wonderful results. Look up how to use it. I found it in the spice area at the store. You have to keep in mind that we all have different types of hair. I feel rosemary water will be okay for all types of hair and it works, at least it does for me.

Do you take msn internally only. Or do you apply to hair directly too. Thanks

Hey! Thank you for sharing your experience. Will the hair fall go back to the earlier pattern/ get even worse when msm is stopped?

    • @NowIAmNappy
      @NowIAmNappy  3 роки тому +2

I havent experienced any hair fall. I think if you are naturally deficient in MSM and then you stop taking it, your hair could fall. The same way if youre iron anemic and you stop taking iron your hair can fall.

Where can I get an authentic MSM with a link?
How long does it take to work?
Will everything "rebound" if you take a break from MSM

it seems like msm works for everyone but me. barely see any change, i've noticed i've grown hair on my face and body but barely anything on my damn head. i have bald patches on my head and it has filled in a little but i haven't noticed a change in length/thickness in over a month of usage. i'm wondering if it's the brand i'm using (now msm and now vit c) or is it just me...

I put baking soda (not baking powder) on my armpits. Not a lot, just a thin layer of baking soda, and my sweat doesn’t smell 🙂

Thank you guys I tried your method and they worked let me help you you too by sharing what worked for me after 5 months no body odor anymore even after no showers: liquid chlorophyll and probiotics caps (probiotics eliminate odors because the good bacteria eliminate the bad bacteria responsible for the bad odor. Now I smell like a flower, thanks guys.

    *What is the Gospel?*
The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
    Romans 10:9
9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
    JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS
