@isabellahinz7877 Magst du gefüllte Weinblätter? Ich finde, Artischocken schmecken etwas ähnlich. Unser Sohn hat sie vor Kurzem zum ersten mal probiert und findet sie sehr lecker. Statt Dip kann man auch Mayo, Aioli oder ein einfaches Salatdressing verwenden. Auf jeden Fall sind Artischocken sehr gesund. Wenn du mal ein kleines Exemplar findest, kannst du es ja mal ausprobieren. Gibts zur Zeit wieder in türkischen Supermärkten.
