I fucking hated korn but got drug to a show with an my girlfriend at the time and you just got to respect them man probably the best live performance I've seen almost as good as Nine Inch Nails show I saw but Reznor is a fucking legend the prince of darkness othibg can quite compare.
Wow this version really brings out the beauty of the verse. The original brings out the chorus but this really shows how beautiful the chords of the verse really are. Beautiful.

In Germany we dont censor any words...even not swear words. I think its much better when u are allowed to say anything without thinking about what is allowed to say and not. Nothing should be censored
Im deep in the mountains only listening to this masterpiece. And thinkin of how good it would be just bleed out this pain i have and feel to the kast drop. Its a goid thought that i never will be found.
I respect your take on it, as each of is affected differently by the same sound But I find the mood of both versions to be profoundly angry, frustrated, and mournful.
@@harriedsloth4399 Given that it is about child abuse you are right, but one thing that isn't deniable, well I suppose you could deny it, but it is factual, is that the sound is necessary and purposeful.
I don't really get what you mean? You can feel every bit of passion and pain that the lyrics explain in his voice here. Are you saying you don't like it? I think this is fucking excellent considering this was NEVER a song that was meant to be projected acousticly.
My husband’s favorite bands were Korn and Alice in Chains. There’s something about the unplugged versions that make me feel so closer to him, its like the originals were the surface but the unplugged versions make me feel the soul that my wonderful husband had. I miss him.
I do not know, but I may be wrong. But the theme of this acoustic, was based on the deep web. The rabbit, the pig and the masked. is a strong reference to deep web. I may be wrong.
Wanderson BARBOSA PEREIRA yes! That's exactly what it is! They also had those characters on the cover of See YOU On the Other side which was also the album they were promoting at the time. Great observation! Not a lot of people notice that
I dunno what's more annoying - an arrogant know-it-all who thinks their opinion is indisputable truth, or, well, yeah... that's more annoying than most of the other annoying things I can think of.
This is a beautiful song but I don't understand. What exactly does he flirt with? Censoring that word was so distracted now I'm obsessed with finding out what it is and doing whatever the word is.
@@Mercury574 yes I'm being sarcastic about the fact that editing single words from media cause the human mind to stop and try to focus on that word to make the sentence seem complete, whereas if the word was simply said unedited there would be no focus on the word that they were trying to keep us from hearing.
I have always liked Korn, but the way they did the unplugged show elevated my level of respect for them as artists and musicians.
Absolutely, their the real thing, no bullshit.❤
...and they did it without their most crucial member, Brian Welch. Rob Patterson from the band OTEP is playing 2nd guitar during this performance.
1000%

Such a beautiful arrangement. The musicianship here is incredible.
I don't like that they censored it tho

Is is just me or starting at 3:06 is some of the darkest, beautiful, heavy sound like ever? And it's acoustic, love it!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spiritual Moment
This is so beautiful. It sounds like a separate song in itself instead of just an unplugged version.😮😍
Wow this version really brings out the beauty of the verse. The original brings out the chorus but this really shows how beautiful the chords of the verse really are. Beautiful.
This is so beautiful. God i miss when i was young and music was good
Love this performance
It's freaking out
Hey I'm feeling tired
My time is gone today
You flirt with suicide
Sometimes that's ok
Hear what others say
I'm here standing hollow
Falling away from me
Falling away from me
Day is here fading
That's when I would say
I flirt with suicide
Sometimes kill the pain
I can always say
'It's gonna be better tomorrow'
Falling away from me
Falling away from me
Beating me down
Beating me beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
Screaming so sound
Beating me, beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
It's spinning round and round
(Falling away from me)
It's lost and can't be found
(Falling away from me)
It's spinning round and round
(Falling away from me)
So down
Beating me down
Beating me, beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
Screaming so sound
Beating me, beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
Pressing me, they won't go away
So I pray, go away
It's falling away from me
Beating me down
Beating me, beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
Screaming so sound
Beating me, beating me
Down, down
Into the ground
Очень нравилась и нравится эта песня до сих пор. Моё настроение.
Я думаю эта версия даже лучше чем оригинал

I'm so glad to finally hear this version with a glass armonica in 2023.
is "suicide" really considered a word to censor?
