Man I just love how Jonathan sounds like three different people all singing a completely different song, I just love the way he blends all those different voices. Amazing...
So I can mimic his voice pretty well and it’s funny you really have to move and gyrate like him to be able to sing it. Like two people singing over each other
If you notice he does it on purpose and his body movements mimic a lot of the different voices, he's really trying to be more than one person in his songs
The new chord implication during the chorus, seriously reinvents this tune. Am C Fmaj7 F/E G …not sure I’ll appreciate any version as well after hearing this one. Kudos to the percussionists, strings and bells for an excellent arrangement. The album cut was pretty atonal & ambiguous in some sections, but this iteration serves the song well with definitive choices.
Hate, something, sometime, someway, something kick on the front floor. Mine? Something, inside. I'll never ever follow. So give.. me.. some.. thing.. that.. is.. for.. real. I'll never ever follow. Man this song is so powerful it's literally telling you you've already got the life when so much complaining goes on about why don't we have what we don't have God calls b******* through the song
If they wanted to sound heavy like they usually do they wouldn’t have done this. They did this because it was completely different for them it’s not stupid at all, it’s very experimental & different for the band I think it was amazing they decided to try this since it’s not something they do let alone a lot of bands
it isn't even that bad though, they rearranged the songs and changed the structures in order for them to work with the unplugged setting. imagine if they just did what they usually do but with acoustics, that'd sound terrible i'd say the only bad song on the unplugged was freak on a leash. why'd they turn it into a piano ballad?

Got the Life has always been one of my favorite songs by them. Love this version
2:48 feels like the perfect soundtrack to a cowboy scene where they ride into the sunset.

As a KoRn fan, i love this Unplugged. Sounds fucking awesome
As someone who isn't a KORN fan, this was really freaking cool.
HOW TF ARE YOU NOT A KORN FAN!?

My Mom was never a fan of Korn’s music, but she did like this song lol
It's soul
He has the same voice from the album and from the beggining! Amazing !
Fieldy!!! Yesss! That bass!

I definitely agree...this version is so elite
I find myself back here years later… still hits me in the back of my head like a hammer…
Truly a masterpiece ❤
Ese bajo acústico y la voz de Jonathan. 💕💕💕
2:48 se siente como la banda sonora perfecta para una escena de vaqueros en la que cabalgan hacia la puesta de sol.
The bunny person really made this song worth listening to 😅
Their from my hometown of Bakersfield California Oildale and Rosedale stomping grounds love from I’m 35 now I listen to them ask I few also

Happy Thanksgiving y'all 2020 \m/
u cant hear Munk’s guitar at all during this entire album lmao
i believe it’s in the far right channel, so it’s not that noticeable but you’d notice if it wasn’t there if you get what i mean
You can hear it more in Blind
The hand bells do a good job of covering much of the verse guitar parts.
Rob Patterson from OTEP is also playing guitar you can see him behind Munky. I can hear his guitar fairly well.
Man this song is so powerful it's literally telling you you've already got the life when so much complaining goes on about why don't we have what we don't have God calls b******* through the song
I wish I could go back to before I knew this existed.
Why.
Uau!!!!!Love you 💙 I'm late 😉?
That sounds like Amy Lee in the background when singing the “life” part.
Eso es arte música transformada.
Hmmm.. Fieldy’s bass isn’t turned up high enough.. pretty sure there might be a few walls that haven’t developed cracks yet..
It's because the acoustic bass in general is a quiet instrument. Imagine if Fieldy used an upright....
Wow
😇🙏
100%
Lol
Wow this version sounds a lot like linkin park
AMAZING, What's else??
Korn is great but their unplugged was a joke. I've heard the best unplugged... Not for me
Not your taste, but not a joke. The sound is good, nobody messed up.
JD is a a guy that always liked Goth Music, so, sounds strange, because they are strange ! Got the life !

Korn is an incredible band. But unfortunately, this is the worst acoustic I've ever seen in my life. Simply horrible! Sorry Korn...
