Great video. I favour the full screen videos when compared to the shorts. I don't watch the shorts seeing that they appear to cater to cell phone users. I don't watch youtube videos on a cell phone when I have a 46" screen in front of me. Thanks for the video.
Interesting video. I'm 15 weeks out from my first marathon, so about the same time as you were documenting in this video.. I am glad you changed your attitude towards walking . People need to remember two things. 1. Run Walk or 'jeffing' is a legitimate running strategy, developed by an Olympian. 2. For some of us, we wouldn't be able to run long distances without Jeffing. So hearing someone saying walking is failing is incredibly frustrating. I'm not having a go at you personally and as I say, I'm glad you changed your attitude on walking, but there are so many runners out there who are incredibly condescending towards Run Walk and it needs to stop.
@Doniedaff, I think what needs to stop is your reaction to the opinions of other people. Maybe spend some time considering why you are so activated by what others think. Why not just do your own thing and let others do their own thing? Something to think about.
