I believe this was the tour (Reality Tour) Bowie was having his heart attacks. But he kept on touring that tour. If you watch, he doesn't look very well, as many concerts I have seen I have never seen him act this way, looks like he is in some kind of distress. Think he stopped touring in 2005. He had a heart attack, a quite serious one, almost at the very end of the tour. He shoulde pain a few days before which may have been small heart attacks, but was misdiagnosed as a pinched nerve. Then he had a major heart attack during one of what was supposed to be the the latest concerts on the tour. He continued to perform for a while, but then had to leave the stage and collapsed backstage. He never toured again, but performed a few times with other artists. Last live performance was a guest with David Gilmour in 2007. Search for Bowie and Gilmour.
