Jim Cornette's 2018 thoughts on Russo are pretty much the same as his 2017 ones. And his 2016 ones. In fact, the only thing that's changed on Cornette's opinion of Russo in about 20 years is the number of Russo-related incidents that Cornette can cite when explaining the source of his hatred.

A restraining order has nothing to do with banning the alleged offender from talking about the alleged victim.
It only prohibits the alleged offender from being near the alleged victim, so as to prevent harm to the alleged victim.
If RussBro wanted to keep Jim from disparaging him\speaking about him, he would instead have to file charges of libel\slander.
Also, I don't think an "entertainment lawyer" would be considered qualified by the court to advise on 'terrorist threats\potential assault. Entertainment contracts? Pay negotiations? Disputes between the client and their contracted studio? Yes. Potential threats of harm not as a result of course of business? No. They'd get a CRIMINAL attorney for THAT (probably). An "entertainment lawyer" does not have the qualifications to advise beyond his specialty of entertainment law, his practice is in an entirely different area. Giving (apparently) unsolicited legal advice, without knowing the particular law in that area, would probably end up with the defendant suing said lawyer for malpractice, or filing charges with the Bar Association for revoking his license to practice\disbarment.
