It is slang. 'Trust' is short for 'trust me'. 'Trust me' has come to be an phrase that expresses solidarity of opinion, in response to a person who has opined.
The phrase is usually used at the start of the response.
For example, here the original poster expressed his pleasure in watching the interviews. The fellow you responded to, in his own reply to the original post, started his reply with 'trust me', to express the fact that he shared the same opinion as the original poster.
Or perhaps you already know what it means, but and stated that the phrase made no sense, because you believe the slang in itself is nonsensical.
In that case, you can ignore the first part of the comment.
Maybe he has a friend called Trust, Who knows
Tyson can articulate what’s important in life and his growth as a human so distinctively I’m literally sat here nodding in agreeance the whole interview.

My Happy place is sitting on the sofa, feet up, my wife snuggled up with her head on my left shoulder, my dog on my right with her head on my leg. Just watching a film or something. That's when I reflect and think to myself, this is happiness. This is serenity. The mental illness and alcoholism is in the past.

Can relate to what he says so much. We can get carried away all to often with planning or looking back that we forget to relax and peace in the moment. The man looks like he’s found peace on earth.
A real man talking about the real struggles. Regardless of your profession or background I’m sure most men can relate to some of the struggles he describes so well with no care for ego.
This guy is so full of wisdom, you need to overcome what seems like insurmountable pain to get into that place. If it can teach you anything, then don't give up, whatever hardship is challenging your fortitude as a human being. You can do it but you have to work, nothing is handed to anyone on a silver platter.
Absolutely awesome, I genuinely believe he knows how only he can function and he gets in with it, we could all learn a lot from living in the moment and not in the past and not in the what if world. Top man says it like it is💪

I've so much respect for Tyson after watching this interview. And I wish the interview could have been longer
I’m not religious but I love how open Tyson is about both his beliefs and his psychological and emotional health. Being able to talk unprompted about your struggles and with such clarity is great to see. Him being the number one heavy weight boxer in the world makes it even more powerful because no matter how macho you think are, you aren’t tougher than Tyson Fury and if he can talk about his feelings without shame then so can you.
Great nuggets of wisdom in there. Love that he said his Bible was the item he’d choose.
He is without doubt a role model a realistic man and speaks his heart ❤️. God bless Tyson fury the greatest boxer ever to grace the ring 🙏
