He’s relatively quick, he can score goals, he can create goals, he can drive from deep, he can beat a man. Rice is one of the most complete players in the league.

What I love about him is he's so self aware. He knows he still has tons to learn and he makes an effort to learn from every match which I think explains so much of his growth. Noble clearly has a profound effect on him too.

100% agree with you. I hope he understands this at such a young age. It could all go very wrong for him at another club but West Ham fans will always lift him up in dark times for the legendary status he's already become at the club. Rice can be the new Noble and carry the claret and blue flag forward into a new era.
Nothing to do with our owners ambition. He wants to be winning leagues and champions leagues. We don't have the money to compete at that level regardless of ambition.
