Kristi!!! ❤️😘👋🏼 first of all I have to say I was just eyeing this palette in Ulta the other day and was on the fence about getting it, but I decided to wait until I saw a review/tutorial first, and now here you are with this beautiful video and look!! 😍 It’s a bummer the green isn’t a better texture like you said (I also LOVE green!) but you totally made it work and the finished look is STUNNING! 🤩 tarte always reminds me of my mom.. one year I gave her the tarte in bloom palette for Mother’s Day and she used that thing to death.. it was one of her favorites ever and she always said that the fact I picked it out made it all the more special (we always said that about gifts we gave each other). 😢 I’ve been going through a tough time this past month or so.. this coming Wednesday will mark 16 months since my mom’s passing, and I feel like I’ve kind of hit a wall with my grief where I just feel surrounded by it all the time. 😰💔I’m trying my best but it’s so hard as I know you know. 😥 my dog Tyler was in the hospital for part of August.. he was really sick but for awhile no one could figure out what was wrong with him. 😢 he’s home now and on medicine and thankfully doing better (it turned out to be a viral GI inflammation), but I was SO scared thinking I could lose him, especially so soon after losing my Poncho. 😢😰 I’m so thankful he’s improving each day, and I have to tell you that one day when I was with him at the hospital, I was playing your videos for him on my phone (he knows and loves the sound of your voice whenever I have your videos playing 😆) and I was telling the nurse how we were watching his favorite UA-camr to help him feel better! ❤️🩹🥰I’m so happy it’s a long weekend to catch up on rest and chill time with my little bear 🐻🥰 and OMG I just got that arches and halos wooden pencil!!!! My CVS just started carrying their stuff and I’m so excited! 🤩 I got the shade mocha blonde and it’s a little dark (I so would’ve gotten the sunny blonde if they’d had it!twinsies!) but I’m making it work and I love the pencil! I’ve given up on trying to follow brow “trends”.. I have SUPER sparse, thin, light brows and I’ve been liking my makeup so much better now that I’m just embracing what I’ve got rather than trying to fight it! 😂
Lol I always leave theeeee LONGEST comments on your videos!! 🤣 I so love chatting with you though and catching up on everything.. I think often about how I wish we lived in the same neighborhood or area and could hang out in person! 😘💗
Oh honey I'm so sorry about Tyler but I'm glad he's getting better day by day! I know how much you need him especially right now when you're going through grief and 16 month marks. It's just so difficult to navigate through grief! I know your mama and poncho are so proud of you and are always with you. We both know our mamas and my dad are just looking over us but we also know that pain still is so excruciating because we physically want them here. Love you so much and please vent all you need because we need each other to get through these tough days! Sending you and Tyler big hugs and will be praying for a speedy recovery! That made me so warm and smile when you said he recognized my voice! So precious! I wish we lived closer too so we can actually hang out and get through the tough days! But I'm glad virtually we were able to find each other and find some comfort in the pain. And yes you will love the Sunny Blonde it's amazing! I just ordered it on Amazon for a back up and they didn't have many left amzn.to/3Bjk3CA It was prime 9.99 and came in perfect! My twinsie you will love that color. It's such an underrated product. I just included the new benefit one similar in my fails video coming soon. And we are definitely the same and no matter how much I tried to get into the trend even though I didn't even care for it I definitely could never get my brows to look right with the soap brow look! Hey Kristi, oh noooo!! I was most excited about the green shade! I think it would have performed better had they made it a matte or shimmer like you said. The overall look turned out so nice. I hope you have a nice long weekend and talk soon. ❤️😘

Overall, I think Tarte is a sold but not exciting brand. I love just about everything I have from Tarte. This looks exciting though! MIne is on its way!
