I wonder if a glitter glue would have helped with the shimmer fall out. I have hooded eyes so I always use glitter glue, and it really does cut down on the mess with any palette I’m using.

When I saw this in the store....there were no reviews anywhere! I swatched it and loved it! (Well except for the green, it was hideous even swatched so I kept my expectations low on that one. Camera makes it look way better) So cause everything swatched so well, I took the plunge and bought it. I don't regret it cause I don't have a lot of palettes to begin with and this helps fill a hole in my collection....but she was spot on with her review. There are shades that apply gorgeously! But then, there are those duds that make me work for it. This purchase makes me miss the days of youtube influences reviewing makeup. Would at least have given me a heads up. Wish she had made this when I was buying. Good on you for waiting!
I picked this up with Ulta points, so I'm happy with it. If I paid full price, I wouldn't be nearly as satisfied. The fallout for me is similar to PMG special shades, so I use glitter glue for the textured shades. Because of that I like the minor differences in tone so I can just place them on the glitter glue with minimal blending and still have a gradient. That said, I wouldn't pay full price for this, but I am happy to have it in my collection. I think it'll make some really pretty holiday looks with the high shine metallics. Some of the mattes are definitely drier, but they work fine for me on the eyes over a Mac paint pot.
I think this palette is gorgeous. I have easily irritated eyes and I never use shimmer shadows dry so fallout is pretty rare for me. I’ll be getting this one once I can catch a sale.

Ya, that was definitely the negative with the Juicy palette. Though I love it, it has too many filler shades that are unnecessary. This Palette was definitely missing a cool tone darker Matte and a midtone mauve to give those pinks a nice shade to pair with. That 2nd shade on the top row, only builds so far🤷♀️ Thanks so much for watching, hope you have a great weekend🎉
That problem with the fall out in this pallete is exactly the same with the Ignated palette by Nars, which I own. I don't use it alIthough I love the shades bc it's really hard to clean the under eyes... Anyway, I own the Metrópolis and the Bronze Palettes, so I don't feel I need it Greatings from Spain (Excuse my English 😅)

I own the Tartelette In Bloom palette (16 pan) which has, I think, three shimmers in it. I find that when I use them on my lower lash line I get glitter all over my face that I can't brush away very easily. I love Tarte's matte formula, but not their shimmers. Their matte shadows definitely have staying power.
I still have my in bloom palette. God I think it was one of my first palettes I bought in 2015 or 16, because they were vegan and cruelty free. It still looks fine so I’m not throwing it out. The shimmers were the quality they had back then. Shimmers have come A LONG way since that palette. It is a good basic bitch palette.
I didn't care very much for this palette either. I returned mine and just like you said the green sucks, it's way too much fallout and similar colors. I also didn't care for some of the textures.
I bought this and returned it after using it only once. My eye makeup was all done by 6:00, and when I got to work at 7:00 my eye look was already faded and the shimmer was everywhere but on my eyes. Fallout on initial application is one thing, but constant fallout all day is another. Every non-matte shade was glittery. I thought some were satins or metallics. Nope. I’ll never buy another Tarte palette.
Hi Tara, so glad I hadn’t already purchase this pallet, I just took it out of my cart, fallout like that is no bueno, that’s a lot on your lashes. This is one of the reasons I wait for your reviews. The looks you created were pretty. I did get my Haus Labs foundation in a few days ago and it’s so pretty on my dry skin and your shade match was perfect on me.❤

Having used a lot of Tarte shadows in the past, I can kind of imagine the difference in textures within one palette. I like the colour story and don't usually care for the fallout as I'm either tilting my head, using fingers or glitter primer. But it does not seem like the pigmentation is consistent and pigmentation is the most important thing to me, so I think I'll pass for now. Maybe I'll try it if it goes on sale, but not for the price point. Thank you for the honest review - very helpful.

I love your earrings! Thank you for the discount code & for linking them. I bought this palette online a few days after it released but then I happened to go in during the 21 Days of Beauty sale and that store had a tester out- I did not like the colors as much as I did seeing it online but the real problems were overall the redundancy & shadow formulas… I just know I’d never reach for it. I’m bummed because I LOVE the packaging but I returned it since I never even opened it. I love & have TWO of the Tartelette in Bloom palettes. So, I’m thinking I’ll have better luck with the smaller, basic palettes they released.

I understand the four the part for four colours not necessary but for example. Palette with too many cool colours wont work on my skin tone , so looking those four shades i use cream colour one than white one , i think this palette would be the easy gifty one that covers all skin tone , it has cool and warm light colours , really deep colours so fairest to olive eastern skin colour lile mine too deep rich can use this , where as i feel like a lot of natasha's palette are mainly pink and purple and cool colours than suit the rest of us

I came over for look 4 from the other video 🙂 All the looks were so pretty! I did not watch this video before because I decided that I did not want this palette, although I think it is beautiful. How much is the fallout if you compare it to the regular ABH formula? I hope I still can recreate look 4 with what I have, since I don't have a yellow in my collection...
I'm new to eyeshadow and picked this up for a fall wedding with a lot of gold themes. I was really struggling with applying a lot of these. so much fallout and difficult to blend and impossible to get off my cheeks without micellar water. I'm glad it's not just me. Can anyone recommend another palette that has a lot of gold and copper colors that applies better?
Hi! 😊 So I bought this a few weeks ago and I am now wondering if I made a mistake, I haven’t had that much time to play with it, too many palettes and not enough time! 😅 Are used it a few times but just for a few simple looks, I’m gonna have to take the time to really play with it and create several looks and see what I think about the fall out. I’m wondering if I should just return it honestly if it’s that bad? I mean $54 is a lot of money but I also thought it was fair for the amount that you got and I’m a sucker for packaging and I love the packaging but that’s not what I’m putting on my face so…..now you have me thinking 🤔🤔

I agree; it will help a ton. I normally put my Foundation on, Brows, and then do my shadow just for that reason. However, I noticed that the fallout from these shades happened throughout the day. One day, I had specs of gold shadow under my eyes, and my doctor said, "What's on your eye?" Haha 😄 They're chunky, and that can happen😁 Thanks for watching❤️
I really dislike a palette when shadows look the same., and this one has unnecessary mattes and 3 shimmers shades looking the same. Not that I was thinking about getting it Because there some other more exciting makeup releases coming up, but this is an easy pass for me.
I am wearing the Beauty Blender Always on Skin Tint 😁 One of my HG's. But, I have to say, my skin is looking great because I had a chemical peel in March. It takes months to see the full results, and now I'm really noticing the difference it made. My dermatologist did the treatment, and I think I'm going to do it every year from now on. It was $500 and worth every penny😁

@Amber C haha, it's definitely rough for a few days. Your face feels tight, and you are greasy because you have to put Vaseline on your skin all day, every day🤣 The pain was never really that bad. She numbed me for a full hour before the 5 min chemical peel, and it wasn't bad at all. It definitely burns somewhat, but not extreme. I didn't leave the house for a week, I would definitely plan that. But. Right away, it lifted my hyperpigmentation, and the overall look of my skin looked great right away, a healthy glow. But, over time, I noticed my acne scarring was fading, it looks more plump, fine lines and pores reduced, and I have no texture (haven't had a break out since may). The long-term results made it worth it 100 times over😁 That week you look awful. By day 3 your skin turns dark, and you start to peel, but the Vaseline is a God send lol. 🤣 let me know if you have more questions ❤️ happy to answer them💕
Ya, I hear ya. I had the exact same issue with that Palette. It is so chunky, and it is hard to get it off your skin. It goes everywhere. I watched other reviews, and I felt I was the only one. So, thank you for sharing your experience. I really appreciate it 🙏

I didn’t get this for the exact reasons you stated! There are so many colors that are similar and not enough deeper shadows for dimension.

I think it's a gorgeous palette, but that fall out is no joke!
Do your eyes before the rest of your makeup. That's what most people do if a palette has fallout.
I agree; it will help a ton. I normally put my Foundation on, Brows, and then do my shadow just for that reason. However, I noticed that the fallout from these shades happened throughout the day. One day, I had specs of gold shadow under my eyes, and my doctor said, "What's on your eye?" Haha 😄 They're chunky, and that can happen😁 Thanks for watching❤️
I really dislike a palette when shadows look the same., and this one has unnecessary mattes and 3 shimmers shades looking the same. Not that I was thinking about getting it Because there some other more exciting makeup releases coming up, but this is an easy pass for me.

I am wearing the Beauty Blender Always on Skin Tint 😁 One of my HG's. But, I have to say, my skin is looking great because I had a chemical peel in March. It takes months to see the full results, and now I'm really noticing the difference it made. My dermatologist did the treatment, and I think I'm going to do it every year from now on. It was $500 and worth every penny😁

@Amber C haha, it's definitely rough for a few days. Your face feels tight, and you are greasy because you have to put Vaseline on your skin all day, every day🤣 The pain was never really that bad. She numbed me for a full hour before the 5 min chemical peel, and it wasn't bad at all. It definitely burns somewhat, but not extreme. I didn't leave the house for a week, I would definitely plan that. But. Right away, it lifted my hyperpigmentation, and the overall look of my skin looked great right away, a healthy glow. But, over time, I noticed my acne scarring was fading, it looks more plump, fine lines and pores reduced, and I have no texture (haven't had a break out since may). The long-term results made it worth it 100 times over😁 That week you look awful. By day 3 your skin turns dark, and you start to peel, but the Vaseline is a God send lol. 🤣 let me know if you have more questions ❤️ happy to answer them💕
I hate this palette so much but got Ulta x10 points on it so returning it is...meh.

Ya, I hear ya. I had the exact same issue with that Palette. It is so chunky, and it is hard to get it off your skin. It goes everywhere. I watched other reviews, and I felt I was the only one. So, thank you for sharing your experience. I really appreciate it 🙏
