The only two things I know of that are dangerous to cats are poinsettia plants and also cedar chips as well as cedar oil ... very deadly .

I use it daily to balance my high blood pressure. RAWYA has both capsules and bottles. I tried to use the bottle first but it is difficult continue to have it regularly because of its taste. Therefore capsules are ideal to consume everyday.

Shar Burc The best thing to do would be using it right after taking a shower. Just apply the black seed oil on your face the same way you do when applying lotion you and should see results in a few weeks. I apply it in the morning and before I go to bed.

It is “said” that if the black seed oil thymoquinone level is under 3%, it is diluted.

I use 2 teaspoons a day. I would recommend starting off with 1 teaspoon per day for a week. After the first week, increase to two. I apply a small drop to my hair as well.
if you are trying to kill viruses in the body take it 2-3x daily for 8 weeks.

Ok, I've been using Black seed oil (a table spoon a day). And I have type 2. It will lower your blood sugar levels, but it Plateaus on the A1C. But that's to be expected. We have yet to find a magic bullet. Joints feel fine, liver feels fine but I have nothing to compare that to. They where fine before. But I've been taking it for the cancer fighting properties. Don't have it and pray everyday, (Thank God I don't) and I don't want it. So......
